Quiet location, beautiful rooms, very accommodating hosts, superb breakfast arrangement with Wolfox. Nothing too much bother. Good parking arrangement, everything just splendid. A short walk into central Brighton and just yards from the beach.

Very friendly and helpful hosts, who happily accommodated my arriving early. The single room was (as advertised) small but spotless; handy to seafront and town; and quiet. I'm very happy to recommend RBB.

Fantastic little hotel - we stayed for 2 nights - rooms were beautiful, spotlessly clean, bed very comfy, mini fridge with soft drinks & chocolate was a nice touch. Hosts were very welcoming, great location close to beach & short walk to centre. We would definitely recommend.

We booked a room here for the Great Escape festival and we did not regret it. The room was comfortable and the hosts were really nice. There are good places for breakfast close by and we liked the area.

What a fab hotel! Great location, basically on the seafront with parking! Really great value for the little extra touches they are providing. My room was clean and comfortable with great facilities and welcome touches (a mini fridge with water and soft drinks, coffee machine, Yorkshire tea, a phone charging pad by the bed, REN products in the bathroom, cotton pads etc). I checked in around 1 but could select my time, much more reasonable than some of the other seafront hotels where check in is 4pm! You can come and go as you please with secure keycard entry. Peter the owner was extremely accommodating, efficient and friendly and made me feel welcome. I was traveling alone and I was greeted with a warm welcome and directed to a parking space outside the hotel (a whole day for £12 in Brighton!). I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Brighton

What a find! A beautifully refurbished and spotlessly clean hotel right in the heart of Kemptown, with the beach at the end of the street. Our room had a side view of the sea. Excellent cafes, pubs and restaurants are right on the doorstep and the hosts gave us great recommendations before and during our stay. The centre of Brighton is an easy walk. We'll definitely be back!

Just back from a super 3 night stay at Red Brighton Blue with my daughter. Peter and Steve are super hosts, so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We were in a double room on the first floor and it was spotless, with unique features, beautiful cornices and ceiling rose with complimenting furnishings. The en-suite is modern, with a lovely large rainfall shower. Complimentary water, fizzy drinks and chocolate (you can’t beat a curly wurly) could be found in the fridge and as it was the hottest ever couple of days in the uk, a much needed fan was also provided in the room. We had no problem at all with parking in the nearby streets and just left the car for the entire stay, choosing to walk or catch the bus to our chosen locations. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will definitely return.

We visited for a 2night stay for my sisters 60th birthday. The hosts were very friendly & the room was spotless, modern & bright. There was welcoming drink water & chocolate in the mini fridge which was a nice touch. On the Saturday night a bottle of Prosecco in ice with 2 glasses was brought to the room for my sisters birthday which was so thoughtful & kind of the owners. The b&b is close to the beach, bars, & restaurants but in a lovely quiet peaceful road. Parking was no problem we got a space right outside & brought parking permits for the weekend.. I would definitely stay again but not in room 10 as we were top of the house & it was so hot & lots of flights of stairs although our bags were carried up & down again upon leaving. by Peter.. There was a fan in the ceiling but it made no difference & considering we booked 10 months in advance I thought we could have been given a cooler room. The owner did apologise for this & assured us we would not be given this room again if we return.
