Very comfortable and warm. We didn't eat or use the bar in the hotel so I cannot comment on those. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I have stayed here before and would return for a short-stay. It is a bit expensive.

Good value hotel located just on the outskirts of the city, although the hotel is a little tired it did provide parking, which on this occasion was actually free as the machine had broken. Well located for getting into Brighton and a nice breakfast.

It’s easily walkable in half hour or a cab will cost under a tenner. Buses also go pat regularly.

There is parking but it’s limited. My advice will be to get there as close to when checkin time is at 3pm

It’s about 25 minute walk to North Street/West Street if you accept that as a central point. And a 10 minute walk to Preston Circus for the first decent pubs in the walk into town. There is a bus service that stops right... More
