Breakfast is Inc which was amazing. Extra for see view I had view of the car park next door which wasn't nice. The bathroom was freezing but the room was amazing x

Does the hotel have lifts?
yes they do , but when the hotel is busy , they can be very slow to reach all floors up to 5/10 minutes wait , we ended up using the stairs all the time , not bad going down , but going up 5 flights , a nightmare.

Have all rooms now been refurbished?
No they have not ... do not let them give you rooms 409 or 410 they are dia with poor furniture old tatty beds and the cleanliness of the bathroom was appalling . The website is very misleading indeed ! I paid £ 235 each room not cheap and I was expecting both rooms to have been refurbed they had not , avoid !!
