Please do yourself a favour and avoid this hotel. Shocking service in the bar, to the extent the bar staff said to a question about wine we have some of that and this. Also no scotch whiskey…….really. Staff where totally untrained. Car parking A nightmare. At £200 a night it’s not cheap so Hilton Bournemouth is this the service you expect customers to put with!!!!!!! SHOCKING

Hotel's Favourite
We have just returned from a 2 night mid week break with our friends. We were last here 3 years ago and yet again we had a couple of fantastic days check in very easy / rooms very clean and comfortable.Breakfast great value and a wide choice available to suit almost any ones requirements . Parking easy and £12 for 24 hours .I mentioned to the breakfast restaurant duty manager when we left that he had a great team working for him each waiter/waitress chef was friendly and efficient they worked very well together and nothing was too much trouble .This also applied to each member of staff we spoke to and the cheeky blinder cap wearing meet and great fella was great when we arrived early and stored our baggage prior to check in .We will be back for sure .

I don’t quite know where to start with this review as everything was honestly perfect, the rooms are so beautiful and we had a lovely view of the Xmas market ans skating rink from our balcony. The real highlight is the cocktail staff. Josh, Cameron and Becky. I’m a cocktail lover, but these guys took my breath away. They made us their own creations which were incredible. They where so chatty and happy it was really lovely to chat with them and have a laugh. I’d recommended going to the sky bar asking asking for Cameron and Becky. Josh works at the bar In the lobby so make sure you pay him a visit too. Thank you guys so much for making my birthday such a treat.

Came in to use the bar with my partner early this afternoon and were greeted by a wonderful boy on the bar called Josh. He was quick to serve our drinks and so chatty and helpful with finding our way in the area as we’re in Bournemouth for a long weekend. Definitely not the cheapest place to stop for a cocktail but would definitely recommend if you have the budget and hope to be back for a “bottomless brunch” soon.

Hilton Sky Bar. Been a vegetarian for over 40 years. Ordered vegetarian dishes amongst other dishes, checked with front of house staff (who were very good by the way) the vegetarian dishes.. . Selected one (butternut squash and spinach mini pie) , took a bite and it had beef in it. Dietary/allergy needs are basics in professional food provision. Expected much better from the hilton, you really let me down.
