The Croham is directly next to a noisy roundabout, so that, coupled with the fact our windows wouldn't shut properly meant we had a pretty poor night's sleep unfortunately.

Booked in as it had parking and was a reasonable distance to the clubs restaurants and beach and last minute, literally.
The only good thing is the off road parking which they charge for, they charge for everything, WiFi etc
Rooms are FAR TO SMALL.....More

It's a good 15-20 minutes walk down a hill into town, or via a zig-zag path to the beach and the promenade.
Probably not the best location unless you have access to a scooter or will use a bus, car or taxi to get into town.
