Beach is downhill approx 5 mins walk and town is uphill the other way 5-10 mins depending where you are going. We spent 2 nights and 3 days and happily walked everywhere but it’s probably not best situated for guests with mobility concerns.
Our last morning we got a taxi to the station which is about the furthest point of town from the hotel which was about £6.
We stayed in the annexe which has approx 8 very steep steps up to it. Hope this helps
