Detailed Reviews
I booked this B&B in Bournemouth as we were travelling down on our motorcycle.
Debbie and Peter were so helpful and bike was parked insecurely. Peter even offered a cover to cover my bike as the whether was suspect on the first evening.
We stayed four nights and I could not fault this establishment. Room was spotless and all the coffees, tea ,water and towels were replenishes as needed and beds made everyday.
They were super covid compliant.
I will be back next year for a wedding and I will be staying at the Rosscourt.

I have just come back home from a fabulous three night stay at this gorgeous Hotel owned and run by a This This is a gorgeous Hotel owned and run by a wonderful couple Debbie and Peter. I could not have asked for better service than they gave me throughout my stay. THe Hotel is SPOTLESS and I'm sure you could literally eat off their floors everywhere. The breakfasts were HUGE and served by Debbie evey morning with a lovely welcoming smile and an interest in your day ahead. Everything was piping hot and more than delicious. All the bedrooms were lovely I'm sure, but not only do I highly recommend this great Hotel, you won't be disappointed but ask for Room 6!!

Had a lovely stay at the Rosscourt. Very clean and excellent breakfast, nothing too much trouble. Debbie was an excellent host with lots of information about the area with advice about what to do and which bus to catch depending on where you wanted to go, and was close to bus stops. Lovely restaurants close by. Parking on the premises was a bonus too. Would definitely stay here again.

after over twenty years of staying at the rosscourt it is not a hotel to us it is our second home, from our first visit to this last one in may/june 2022 everything about the hotel is top class clean, comfortable and a breakfast to suit everyone.
debbie and pete are your friends the moment you enter the building with a lovely smile and warm welcome and if you need any information about the area they will know or find out for you.
the hotel is only a few minuites from the beach, the bus routes are one hundred mtres away for going to christchurch, bourenmouth and poole there are plenty of resterants and cafes just a few hundred metrs away that cater for all tastes.
to finish i cannot recomend the rosscourt highly enough it is home from home

Just back from our annual visit to Bournemouth and realised that we’ve now stayed at The Rosscourt every year for ten years!
For us there is absolutely no point in even considering staying anywhere else because The Rosscourt is so consistently wonderful. Debbie maintains an immaculately clean establishment, provides absolutely delicious breakfasts and is extremely knowledgable about local restaurants/attractions etc.
We’ve already booked for next year!

We have just returned from a 3 nights stay here at the Rosscourt and have only lovely things to say about it. From the point of booking we were in regular communication with Debbie; the host, who was a ray of sunshine every time we saw her. Very warm and welcoming, more than happy to give recommendations on places to go, restaurants to try.
The room had everything we could have wanted, a comfy bed, a hot shower. It was warm and cosy, with a home from home feel which was nice. Overall I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough, and it is very clear the amount of pride that Debbie takes into making this place the warm and welcoming place that it is.
I would recommend this to anyone wanting a peaceful break, that is local to the beach and the town centre. Thank you for a lovely stay!

A beautiful fantastic, well maintained and peaceful hotel with a kick arse breakfast. Debbie the hostess was delightful, welcoming and knowledgeable she immediately made us welcome.
15 minute downhill walk to the beach of which you can walk miles either way in sandy happiness. Your close enough but far enough from the madness and more hedonistic nature of Bournemouth.
There’s a plenty of eateries around to Saka are your palate but I’d recommend the vegetarian curry house literally up the road by 600m

We took our 90 year old parents away. They had a lovely ground floor room which was easily accessible for them. Debbie was very welcoming, kind and helpful…. Nothing was so much trouble. We were able to use the sitting room as we pleased, which was really great as our parents were too tired to go out in the evenings.
The home was beautifully clean. We had a really lovely, restful break away.

Yet another fantastic Air Festival break at The Rosscourt. Especially in challenging pandemic times, Debbie has once again triumphed making lots of necessary adjustments to make guests comfortable and as safe as possible. The Rosscourt is immaculate, squeaky clean and reassuringly comfy with breakfasts to die for (served on extremely hot plates!). We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else so we’ve already booked for next year!
