We enjoyed staying at the hotel. Very nice, spacious, clean. The beds are lovely. The kids enjoyed the separate room. Nice breakfast, different choices as we choose the options with both continental and English. I would stay there again. Few minutes walk from the seaside.

Normally Premier Inn are very reliable, I needed to pop to Bournemouth for a night and thought this would be a safe option. Unfortunately the room had a strange stale smell and reception were unable/unwilling to find me another room. Breakfast was not great either.

I can’t help you with that. I suggest that you contact the hotel. Accessible rooms means that they are wheelchair friendly.
