Nothing wrong with the Hotel, the staff were lovely especially Eve who helped us order food. It was the bed, so hard and not big enough for two. I’m a big bloke 6’ 4 but I have never had such a bad nights sleep in a hotel. Very convenient for watching Exeter Chiefs walking distance, that was only why we stayed there

Hotel... Location poor Price very much overpriced paid £420 for 3 nights b and b weds to Sat at the end of September... Other more quality hotels 25% less but full. Breakfast disgusting raw sausage beans and scrabbled egg cold.. It's a free for all with no segregation and sanitation of cutlery...pick your items out of box and help your self to food... No ventilation.... Gel points empty even days after pointing it out. Booked through booking .co...no mention of charge for car parking £5 a day No mention of charge for dog untill I arrived Price made up of breakfast accomadation and wi fi to find if booked direct no charge for wi fi A total rip off waste of money ...basic hotel on industrial estate...charge for your dog but no exercise area.... Place filthy with car park full of waste packaging from local take away.. never seen it cleaned Room light fittings broken...window hook broken....towel dirty was exchanged on arrival... Tv in room located so you could not view it from your bed.... In all terrible experience..need a holiday to recover

Dear Guest. Thank you for leaving a TripAdvisor review from your stay. I am sorry to hear your thoughts from the stay. Our prices for food & beverage are consistent with other hotel brands. It is also true we have a Miller & Carter Steak restaurant next door. Whilst also serving our own food menu 5pm-9pm. We do also have many visitors who drive white vans. We do not vet this beforehand. Thank you for your time.

I was staying with my family over 3 nights in this property. Room very small, breakfast not great. Nothing to eat really - bacon, sausages, scrambled egg and beans - that's all from hot items. Cold section looks not even better very small choice for price that you paying for. Staff friendly and this is only one positive thing of this property. Definitely will never back there. Stay away - save money - go somewhere else.

The only exceptional and high quality about this Inn were the two young ladies on the reception who welcomed us warmly and professionally. Helped with the car park checking in price £.5.00 good, paid more in other places. Unbelievable place seriously very disappointed,. Twin room, tiny! Beds so close together no space in between. The desk area, so tiny. No tea spoons provided NO big deal but a lack of care. The bathroom was filthy, corners of the room looked as if they had never been cleaned. The plug hole made me reach. Only pizza on offer would have to say delicious, really most enjoyable. Again reception came up trumps no still water for the medication, offered a jug of tap water. Again impressed. Were advised to get to breakfast early, okay so FREE but must be included in the price of the stay. Manic, badly organised. No sanitation in the stations. Sausages raw, beans cold, eggs awful, there are people starving all over, but I left my whole meal, and had toast and marmalade. Even the toaster was malfunctioning had to put the bread through twice (frozen) . Queues waiting to enter - pressure felt everywhere. Never stayed in an inn like it. Hope not to again.
