The hotel is in a poor area 15 mins walk from the centre of Chester.
The rooms are OK but the pod like En-suits are tiny and all plastic.
Lots of narrow stairs unto the room.
We had no hot water on our last morning, boiler not working.

Large room with comfy beds but bathroom was tiny - it was a plastic capsule and you couldnt turn around in it. Also had no shower curtain so water ran out into the room Easy to walk into town centre and near to railway station

It is a nice hotel with nice owners and the rooms are clean. It's perfect for a city trip to Chester. It's good that there is free wifi and the bed is comfy. It's just a good hotel and not too expensive.

This is a clean and friendly hotel just a 10 minute walk from the centre. Lots of great pubs and places to eat nearby Which have a different vibe to those nearer the centre. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back

please please do not stay here, i didnt see any safes in the "hotel" there is a premier inn next to chester zoo and a five pond taxi ride from the centre of chester please stay there or anywhere but here especially if you value the safety of your children and yourselves. cheap rooms are cheap for a reason but they dont have to dangerous. sorry if youve already booked
