Detailed Reviews
What a fantastic location. I would highly recommend the hotel, my room was light and airy, very comfortable and well kept. Amazing views across the grounds. The staff were friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. When I stayed the restaurant was closed, however it was only 15-20 minutes walk into town with a huge choice of restaurants.

We went to Cambridge to celebrate my birthday and we stayed over 1 night at Moller Institute. Our Double room was very clean with plenty of space. Lovely view over the back of the College. The Breakfast was outstanding with so many different choices, and lovely staff from the Receptionist to the Housekeepers. Overall I would a 100% recommend this hotel.

I was there for a week. The room was clean and bright, well-equipped. The Institute itself was in Churchill College, which had a big sports ground at the back. The setting was beautiful. The College itself was about 30 minutes walk to the city center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and lunch were good.

Great meeting place for medium-sized groups. Decent sleeping quality; very nice surroundings; if good weather it's feasible to walk to the city centre. Good lunches. Breakfast and dinners OK as well. Friendly staff, some are students :-)

+1
Delightful stay began with very friendly helpful night porter at Trinity Hall Wychfield Cambridge (we lost our way). Churchill College night porter walked us to the Moller Centre to check in. Night Manager was very friendly and helpful as well.
Our Room 103 has an exceptional view to beautiful green.
The Centre is a busy residential leadership development and conference centre where conference guests are very well looked after.
Food is a mix of east and west so we always found something to our like.
The Churchill Archives Centre is open to the public by appointment and order up material from the collections.
We had an up-close-and-personal look of Winston Churchill's document box, hand cast and cigar at the Archives Centre.
There is a gym and business corner in the Study Centre.
Hotel General Manager recommended charming village Grantchester 2 miles south of Cambridge, in addition to exploring Cambridge from college to college.
We could stay there two weeks without getting bored.

The Moller Centre - part of Churchill College in Cambridge - offers a wonderful contrast to those of us fed up with boring hotel rooms, over-charging, nondescript service and penal charges for car parking, WiFi and lots of other extras. A previous review called the Moller "a little gem" and I whole-heartedly agree. It is my accommodation of choice in Cambridge - a city I know and love and to which I return on a frequent basis. So where does the value for money come from?
1/ Free car parking - never a problem - a generous car park and safe too
2/ Free WiFi - fast, reliable - no fuss, the centre is a highly rated training centre and they have responded over the years to the changing needs of delegates when providing rooms that de-stress and allow you to work productively. The rooms are a generous size - all have great views through large windows, fresh milt supplied and the bath rooms are fine - power showers are standard, there is plenty of space to unwind
3/ A superb breakfast - served in a light and airy location, circular tables for ten that actually encourage you to chat to fellow travellers - the food is well presented and the upstairs Tower Bar provides excellent coffee and tea on demand for those wanting to read and work in a relaxed environment
4/ Great views (for all seventy rooms) of the Churchill College playing fields - enticing to jog around
5/ Within 15 minutes walking of central Cambridge - even closer to the main university hubs
6/ Free access to the Churchill College gym (at last ... a gym that has an erg!) - 24 hours a day - just use your room key. This is shared with students but don't let that put you off!
7/ Excellent front of house, quick, efficient, knowledgeable about Cambridge and the surrounding area. Good facilities for baggage storage if you are heading into town for a meeting and need to pick up your belongings later after checking out
8/ Although part of a mainstream Cambridge college, it is quiet, stunning in the summer sunshine - the nature of the guests (delegates, business people) means that you are rarely if ever disturbed
Booking online is easy - I always come away from the Moller refreshed and having got a lot done. Overall - a place that does that little bit extra without fleecing you - rare when you find it but so welcome nonetheless.

My company have hired the venue today with about 80 people and some of us have stayed here - in short it's amazing, the venue is easy to get to and find etc, space is great, hotel part has fantastic rooms, Confrence facilities are great, food is brilliant, but above all the staff are spot on, a real breath of fresh air, and it's all of them, perfection that is seldom seen - we have booked 2 more events this year and I have booked to stay another night - 5*

I stayed here for a conference and it was perfectly adequate but the rooms and venue are unexciting and expensive compared to a lot of nearby other options that are much more comfortable and full of character.

Many thanks for your review and for choosing to stay at The Møller Centre. We appreciate your thoughts and would like to know what you think would enhance your experience further here at The Møller Centre. The entire Møller Centre has an authentic contemporary Danish design which is continued in the bedrooms. This design is very significant as it is ideal as a study environment, and provides a fresh, clean and light environment that contributes to the learning of the leaders and aspiring leaders that attend the Centre. We hope that this background information may help you, and that we can welcome you back to The Møller Centre again in the near future.

Stayed here 3 nights as part of a meeting. Was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and bathroom. It was nice to have two rocking chairs in the room and a nice large window. The bed was comfortable and the shower had nice water pressure. The room was clean and serviced every day. Check in was quick and the clerks were always ready to answer questions and provide directions. The food at the on site restaurant and during our meeting was exceptional! On the evening I arrived, I did not want to walk into town and the chef made me a plate of gluten free pasta with a nice sauce - that wasn’t even on the menu! I greatly appreciated this. Food wise, gluten free was no trouble. Walking to Bridge street in Cambridge and some of the Colleges takes about 20 minutes or so.
