Didn’t think much of this hotel. Clean and served its purpose but the room is small with a porta loo style bathroom and outdated decor. The bedroom floor was not carpeted so could hear upstairs quite clearly walking up and down. Breakfast was nice and great location but wouldn’t

Had a one night stay here back in November 2018, found the hotel to be of a very good standard, the staff are very helpful and the room was what is expected of in a ibis. Great location in easy walking distance of temple meads train station and Boardmead shopping centre. Nice

Stayed here after the Wales v England rugby as couldn't afford the Cardiff prices. Bit more than I'd normally pay but booked at quite short notice and it was also half term. Have stayed before for about £45 less so pays to book early. Location is great, we found the staff

Many thanks for your comments regarding your stay. I'm very sorry to hear of your issue, it is very surprising as we have a sensor that picks up someone as they enter the room and turns the light on so we don't have switch. I am unaware of any issue with this, but I will ensure it is checked to ensure it is operating within normal operating parameters. Jonathan Meeson General Manager

Love the innovate room design and use of space!
How far is temple meads train station from the hotel?
probably not even 20 mins walk - first bit is a bit boring then you get to the square and you're properly into the Harbour area

Hi, how do you get the discount in the millennium car park .. I’m staying with you in a few weeks. Wendy
Hi, you park your car as usual and give the ticket to the holes personal. You then get one back that you can use when you pick out your car and the price will be £10.
