Very good location but it would work so much better if the windows had proper sound insulation. I had a room overlooking St Nicholas Street where there are large bars that ar open late, with terraces for smokers. I was kept awake by very noisy drinkers until the early hours.

We tried the rocket caravans for two nights for something fun and different and were pleasantly surprised. Great view over St Nicks Market, a big bed (boyfriend is 6ft3 and was just fine) and clean décor inside (stains on the sofa chairs could do with a going over!). The staff

If you’re going for location you can’t beat this place. It’s smack bang in the centre of the old town. You come out any entrance to an array of bars or restaurants. Staff are very friendly. We spent two nights braving one of the rockets on the roof- great fun whilst the second

Do you allow dogs to stay at Brooks? Thank you.
you need to ask them but given this is like a hotel I would think it very unlikely. never saw evidence of dogs.

Hello :) Does anyone know if there is parking at the Brooks Guesthouse or nearby? Thanks
The hotel has preferential rates at two multi-storey car parks nearby, at £14 and £16 per 24 hours. Not sure exactly where they are but I understand they are very near.
