Welcome to The Bristol! Anyone spending any length of time in Bristol is likely to come across The Bristol. Sitting pretty on the quayside of the Floating Harbour, this luxury Bristol hotel is surrounded by the best of Bristol's Old City and maritime history: the Bristol Old Vic and the beautifully restored Queens Square, Bristol Cathedral and At Bristol (across Pero's Bridge), and of course The Arnolfini, Bristol's celebrated contemporary arts centre is right next door. For all these reasons, The Bristol is hard to avoid, even by visitors who are staying elsewhere. Those who do stay at our hotel in Bristol get to experience our great location, greatly reduced overnight car park rates of £5 at the adjacent NCP, the fresh, modern luxury of our bedrooms, and the chic cuisine and quayside ambience of The River Grille and Shore Café Bar. Make sure you are among them and choose The Bristol, the finest Bristol Hotel!

We were completely blown away by how friendly and present all of the staff were from the greeting at reception, to the team behind the bar to the incredible team in the restaurant. Everyone was so attentive, personable and professional. I know Bristol well and booked the hotel

Dear Sunshine10101, That really does sound like a "fantastic stay' and 'fantastic service'. It's clear that we have delivered on every aspect of your guest journey with us, which is a wonderful reward for all of us at The Bristol. Our Shore Bar has recently had its harbourside terrace refurbished and it's brilliant to receive anecdotal evidence of how much our visitors are enjoying the new ambience created by our Bar Team. Thank you for sharing your 5 star review with the Trip Advisor Community. We can't wait to see you returning again soon, for more of the same. Kind regards, Brett Atkinson Senior Guest Relations Manager The Bristol

From the initial checking in we were made to feel welcome and special. We were celebrating our birthdays and received an upgraded room to a harbour view and a drinks voucher for the bar. Staff couldn't be more attentive. Room was a good size, only criticism was a dressing table

Perfect location and excellent hotel with clean well appointed rooms. Service is efficient and friendly. The room was small but ideal for a short stay. You get cheap parking at the NCP next door which is useful as parking in Bristol is. difficult.

Dear 423Judy, We are delighted to read that your stay at The Bristol was excellent. It is very rewarding for the entire team to hear that the level of service here at The Bristol is not only efficient, but very friendly. We do believe that hospitality is all about passion to deliver an outstanding service, and we have clearly achieved our goal this time. The special car park rate that the hotel offers for guests has proved to be the best value for money within the city centre, glad to hear you made the most of it. We look forward to welcoming you back very soon Kind regards Marta Padron Director of Operations The Bristol

Dear Noreeneasther, Thank you very much for sharing a five star review with the TripAdvisor community. I have passed you positive comments to our Front Office and Housekeeping department, who are delighted to hear that their hard work made a difference during your stay. The hotel location and the parking facilities, are some of the hotel features highlighted by majority of our guests; however, what sets up apart from the rest of the hotels of the area is the outstanding team who enjoys looking after all of our guests. Hope you had a good flight and we look forward to welcoming you back in the near future. Kind regards Marta Padron Director of Operations The Bristol

We had a very good Christmas lunch there a couple of years ago. If you live in Alveston, you might be wise to book a room as well...

is the local parking multi storey as I have a van
Yes it's a ncp carpark next to the hotel. I cannot remember if there was a height restriction. But the parking charge is 5 quid for your stay if ur a guest at the hotel as opposed to 32 quid per day if ur not a guest. Would be worth a phone call to check the height restrictions if any
