The overall experience was good. Took the Ferry from Esplanade MOA to Camaya. Quite a walk from where the ferry stops to the main entrance. Not really advisable for PWDs, elders, and children. Not stable at all the pathways. This could have been improved. Management of Camaya!!!! A big shout out to all of you.
We stayed at the Aqua Fun Hotel side, family room, 4/F. Downside of it was there was no elevator. Room was clean and just enough space. Aqua Fun facilities were okay. The pool and variety of slides were quite enjoyable for kids. Transport to the main area (where the restaurants are) were quite accessible, cars were readily available every 10-15mins. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Try the Grilled Pork BBQ. Fantastic! Though mind you it's pricey, double the price. There were night events happening when we came, bands playing during the lunch and dinner time. There was also a spectacular fire dance and fireworks display which we enjoyed a lot.

We have stayed at Camaya Resort mid August. We were a big group with 5x rooms. The staff at reception and the concierge were very friendly, specially the lady by the door who welcomed us with a very friendly smile. Unfortunately, the rooms we were allocated with were not cleaned… stains on bed with still sand on it, coffee stain on table, toilets were not clean (you can still see that someone has used the toilet and did not flush it)… it was horrible). It was 3 of 5 rooms which were not cleaned and shouldn’t have been released by housekeeping for their next guests.
The staff obviously made sure to clean everything and they changed the bedsheets after we have raised our complaint - but surely this was not a great start of our long awaited stay at Camaya.
The service in general was suuupppppeerrrr slooooooooowwwwww… everywhere! We went for breakfast at the Pancake House, it took them an hour to get our very simple breakfast ready…
All in all, I wouldn’t recommend staying at Camaya - the money we have paid for was definitely not worth it!

Going here together with my family is one of the most unforgettable outing in Batanes, there are a lot of fancy restaurant and hotel rooms. there also has a lot of water activities. inflatable for the beach and relaxing spot in their pool area. It was a 4 hour drive from Manila to Camaya, a comfortable one since the way to Camaya was well constructed already. The place was very nice, nice facilities and a very friendly staff. What like the most is the beach is very Kids friendly, but might be too shallow for adult, no rocks, pure powdery sands while you are swimming. There are tons of restaurants to choose from, very diverse selection. We also enjoy the pool and the acoustic bands playing and fire dance for entertainment. If you want to fully relax, you might want to check in at their hotel where it was just few steps away from the beach. For Catholics, there is also a Mass on a Sunday held on their very cold conference room. Overall we enjoyed our stay, its a nice place to relax and just enjoy the beach.

Staff attitude are the worst! Arrogant and very insensitive. They dont know how to anticipate the common needs of their guest. Aside from that are dripping water from air conditioners, damp and foul smelling linens and flies inside hotel rooms.

From the 3 deluxed rooms and 1 family room that we stayed, the family room and one deluxed room have dripping ac's, flooding the bed room floors. Maintenance came and fixed them in the middle of night!!! We got kids as young as 3 years old and we badly need some sleep and they dont care at all. Accused us of taking 2 towels upon check out in their RECEPTION area when there were only 2 provided for the family rooms and asking for 1000 for each towel that never existed! Searched each of us, open our lugages and and even our cars and found nothing. And insincere "'sorry"' is all we got from them after they rummaged our belongings. Paid 3000 for 3 extra people before checking in but no extra services were provided not even a towel for those 3. We needed to ask again and again for the extra bed we already paid beforehand before they provided.

And there's more.... which i will let all concerns know.

Worst experience ever.
First, ferry ride got cancelled last minute. Agent did not provide QR codes for visitors.
Second, reservation got cancelled without prior notice. After weeks of planning and coordination, we were made aware that our reservation was cancelled, just when we asking if we could already check in the unit. Imagine travelling almost 5 hours only to find out you have no place to stay?
Third, why do you have to restrict the entrance of drivers? We registered our drivers as guests but they weren’t allowed to enter even just to eat.
Your facilities are not great, there were a lot of people and social distancing was not practiced anymore, on top of that, the beach was so so. If there was rating lower than one i’ll rate you that. Thank you for an awesome (!) roadtrip!

My mom's friends took us here for a day. Driving here was horrible because you had to go through mountain roads to get here. Food was expensive. The beach had white sands and it's clean but it was small (it's in a cove). Because it's a cove, don't expect any waves.

Came here with friends from overseas and they liked it but being Filipino, I'd honestly would rather go to a nice public beach in Bataan where you can taste local food and meet local people.

The worst place I ever spent my vacation, the resort is half developed an the streets and roads are terrible. Expensive food and small portions compare to the same restaurants (Maxs, Pancake House, Yellow Cab and Figaro) in Balanga City.
Do not be fooled with the beautiful advertisement, where half of it are not true.

We booked 7 rooms for our Nanay’s 82nd bday. Rooms were typical, activities were so much fun especially for the kids. But what made our stay extraordinary, is the kind of Customer Service their employees showed us. I would like to commend Charles of the reservation team, who gave us a smooth booking process, and even went an extra mile to ensure our satisfaction by checking on us from time to time. I would also like to commend the entire Front Office team for the great customer service, with the like of Jai, CJ, Kristine, Jihan, LJ, Aaron and others. With regards to food, we ordered from Max’s, its okay, but then again, it became better with the “personalized” service made by Ross and Aiza. I’m giving it a rate of 5/5 not because of the rooms/activites (you can find with others) but with the kind of customer service their staff are giving. Worth the money, and will definitely go back ❤️

I paid for 2 people but did not received any confirmation or instruction from them.
Tried calling the numbers published in their website but the number cannot be reached or no one is answering.

On their email, it also created a ticket. Who uses a ticketing system for a small resort with very few rooms.

Badly managed property.
