Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and we are certainly delighted to learn that you have noticed the various improvements at our property! The guest rooms have indeed been recently updated with more modern case goods. :) There are also many property improvements slated for the future such as the replacement of hallway carpets and exterior sidewalks. As new management, we definitely look forward to bettering the hotel to create more enjoyable experiences for all of our guests! On the other hand, many apologies for failing to meet your expectations in terms of bathroom cleanliness. I will certainly discuss your comments with the housekeeping staff to improve for the better. Furthermore, we are sincerely sorry for the lack of choices available during breakfast servings. We have just recently transitioned from sit-down-and-order breakfast to offering free continental buffet to our guests. As such, there will be many adjustments and improvements needed along the way. Thanks to your valuable feedback, more choices will certainly be included into the breakfast selection to increase value for guests! Thank you once again for choosing to stay with us. In spite of a badly damaged carpet the room was comfortablel. The bed was very comfortable -bathroom was clean and enough space for our toiletries, etc. Very nice restaurant with reasonable prices and great service from Margi. Would have been nice to have a table and 2 chairs

It's a well worn building which is not too bad, I am not there for the hotel but for the location. Mostly minor inconveniences seem to happen every visit - from flies and ladybugs to internet connection issues. Even going to the bathroom is annoying when the toilet paper flies

Dear Guest, I would like to first thank you for your continuous patronage of our hotel. I am glad to learn that our location proves to be of convenience to you, and we greatly appreciate each and every stay you have with us. On the other hand, please do accept our sincerest apologies for the various inconveniences experienced during your stays with us. All your feedback is duly noted, and we will certainly do our best to eliminate their occurrences in the future. For the presence of pests mentioned, professional pest control companies have already been contracted to perform biannual perimeter sprays as well as interior treatments for each guest units. Though no immediate result is guaranteed, we will definitely not ceases our pest elimination efforts until the situation is under control. I will also reach out to our current internet service provider to see if any resolutions can be applied towards the internet connection issue experienced. On the other hand, the current design of the toilet paper holder does cause it to fall out of place when pressure is applied. We are currently in the process of searching for better alternatives to eliminate this inconveniences. At last, after experiencing previous false alarms from detectors, electricians have been on site to examine both smoke & fire detectors throughout the property to ensure their proper functioning. Guests should be able to enjoy comfortable nights of rest with out unnecessary disturbances while their safety is also most certainly guaranteed. Other than working diligently to address the concerns you have mentioned, we will also be making various property improvements in the next years to come as new management. We look forward to such upgrades giving the dated property a more inviting feel and ameliorating guests' experiences. Thank you once again for staying with us, and we strive to make your next stay with us a more enjoyable one.

Professional pest control companies have already been contacted and regular fly prevention programs have been scheduled to alleviate the cluster fly issue experienced. We thank you for your understanding in this matter, and will do our best to resolve the issue to the best of our abilities. On the other hand, I will definitely pass on your input to the restaurant staff such lighting could be brightened and/or a change in decor can be implanted to create a more inviting atmosphere. I have also spoke to all our front desk agents concerning the importance of adopting a courteous and positive attitude towards all of our guests.
