This motel had a kitchenette, nice view of the ocean. It did not have AC. We had the windows open, the traffic noise is quite bad until about 10pm. Noise picks up around 6AM. The motel is on the main busy street adjacent to the beach. The noise was bothersome for me. The manager of the complex was very nice, responsive to our requests. While the motel was clean, nice kitchenette and good view, I will not stay on this busy street again.

We had top floor room. Spectacular balcony ocean view. Steps away from beach. I was immediately impressed by how fresh and clean the room was!! The room is very well maintained. Great attention to detail, the paint job etc. The furniture is solid and upper end. Not flimsy cheap hotel stuff. We had fireplace in our room. The King size bed was amazing!!!!! With the ocean air flowing in, it was one of the best nights sleep I had.☺️ Friendly front desk staff. Beautiful hanging baskets. I also really liked the onsite parking right next to a exterior elevator and luggage cart, bringing you right up to your room. Really cool.😎

This place is so cute. Rooms are very clean, nicely decorated and very well maintained. Check in was super easy Step to the beach across the road and a nice little pub across the road All rooms face the ocean so you have great views! Would highly recommend

Amazing location, we had a 2nd floor room with a wonderful view of the water. A comfy little sitting area to relax & enjoy the view. The room was spacious, clean & nicely decorated. It felt very homey. The staff were very pleasant. Theres a great restaurant just steps away, where we ended up eating most of our meals. Highly recommend!

Changed my reservation at the last minute, from a newer 2 story hotel down the road to this one, as I a) saved money b) had a much nicer view. I'm glad we made he switch! Casa Grande is an older 4 level hotel with amazing panoramic views of Qualicum Beach. Just steps across the street to the beach. Care and detail has gone into the maintenance of this older motel. Our room was renovated beautifully - on top floor. I love the little nook that most of the rooms seem to have, with comfy chairs overlooking the magnificent views. Immaculately clean - even the elevator had extra decor touches. You can tell that the owners / managers care about the property - and that makes such a world of difference!

It was such a nice quaint hotel. A great deal of detail was put into this hotel. Lots of individual touches. We had a kitchenette suit that was great. Nicely decorated and the layout was perfect. The rooms have Nespresso machines so you get great everyday. We were really impressed with this hotel!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Well placed by the beach, it was smart throughout - seems to have been recently refurbished and everything was just fine. I would recommend it and would go back. And on top of it all there's a great restaurant right across the road.

Anniversary celebration…..jacuzzi suite❤️ The room was beautifully decorated for us ….it was absolutely stunning. This was our fourth time staying here and each time it gets better. The room was exceptionally clean and the view was stunning!! It’s probably one of our favourite places to stay on the island!!! There are many places to stay here on the beach ….but this place is very special!!!

We wanted to keep out tourist dollars on the island as we live here, so we visited the Casa Grande Inn in Qualicum for two nights. It was amazing, the staff were so friendly and hospitality was great. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean, the bed was comfy and cozy with wonderful linens. The location was good for walking around the beautiful beachfront. I would highly recommend this motel and we will be back.

Contactless entry as per their instructions went perfectly well and the greetings envelope left for us with the key and instructions was thoughtful touch. Having a liquor/convenience store next door and the Shady Grill diagonal across the street made things even better. They have an elevator as well as stairs for access to upper floors. A 2-burner stove, bar fridge, coffee maker, microwave and sink were available. All considered, it wasn't expensive. The room was nice and large and well set up, and the bay window with the armchairs, wine glasses and corkscrew, and the table outside with 2 more chairs to watch the water made me wish we'd booked for more than just 2 nights. The sheets were fresh and clean and the bed very comfortable. We made a point of enjoying the coffee and our sleep was marvelous. This will be a place we will definitely go back to. The town itself is a 5-minute drive away offers a wonderful Art Gallery and more good eating. And if you want to picnic or eat outside, there is ample beachside greenspace just down the road complete with tables.…
