Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I made our reservation, paid & was charged for our site several days in advance for one night only. We checked in at 17:30 and they immediately put a pending charge for $50 more. I went to the front desk and she told me that, that is Boyd’s policy and that it would be released in 5 to 7 days. She also told me that there was nothing I could do about it, except to contact the manager or Boyd’s themselves. Seems wrong that they would tie up more of my money when paid in advance and not release it when I left. That being said, they have a very nice RV. Park with spacious sites, table & grille, but lacking any shade at a very reasonable price. During these times, the restrooms & showers are closed, but that’s to be expected, however the laundry was open. Checkout the menu of food you can have delivered to your site, in all nice place.

Along with most of the rest of Tunica this place is showing it's age. I know these casinos are making lots of money maybe spend some on the hotel. old carpet, paper thin towels. probably clean but looks dirty because of age and wear. Tearing down two hotel/casinos across street while I was there, this one might be next. Hope they can make money on the cotton fields.

Had to register at the hotel desk and they were clearly put out having to deal with us. Downright nasty. Park is an open parking lot with all pull-through with full hook-ups including cable. No WiFi. There are no trees so would be hot in the summer. If you have a dog there is a lot of walking space. Showers and laundry room didn’t appear to have been cleaned and we saw no one doing it while we were here. No apparent security or manager on site All that said, for $20 a night it’s still a deal.

We just got to the park today and yes, you have to check in at the hotel. We asked for a specific spot as it was away from other. We were told the computer generated the spot. Of course we were out by a camper with two Pitt bulk mixes that he does not leash. Someone came in an hour later and got one of the spots we asked for. Since the park is only 25% full, I don't get not allowing us to pick a spot.

On the pets...the two dog parks are designed for little dogs and have concrete pads instead of grass. Our dogs are not fans and not enough room to play. The other issue is that the pet policy is dogs on leashes. There is no one on the property to monitor so we had three dachshunds come towards us and a couple that let their German Shepherd cross into the grass to use the bathroom while they stand at the RV (pic with truck in it). Also, watch where you step in the grass cause no one seems to pick up after the dogs. Did I mention that our neighbor let's his his mastiff/Pitt mixed dogs (breed restrictions) go off leash? I get that 'your dog listens and won't bother mine' but can you guruante that 100% of the time?

Also, trash bags are setting at the end of empty spots since 2:30 this afternoon. It's obvious no one is coming around and checking, cleaning it monitoring the park. Oh, the security and shuttle they mention, nowhere to be seen.
It's a nice park and I would love to give more stars but someone needs to get a handle on the lose dogs. I don't feel comfortable walking my dogs with all these lose dogs.

A great rv park for an overnight stay. $21.00 night full hook up and cable!!
Hotel staff was great. You can enter the hotel and take care of reserving a site and never have to enter the casino. The restaurant at the casino is not half bad, Saturday night is seafood night.

The park is great large spots. Price is also good. Our problem was in the check in. We didn't have reservations. The women at the front desk was rude, she snapped when we ask questions like we were stupid. Not the right place for her no customer service. Also there is so much bird droppings where you have to walk they need to clean it up.

Very nice park, well kept and next door to Sam's Casino. All concrete roads and pad, plenty of space between coaches. Pull though site, 50 amp, water, sewer and Wifi worked as expected. Would definitely stay again. Traveling in 38 foot RV with towed car.

This is a nice place to stay in an RV. Shuttle to casino (don’t bother). Facilities are clean but not heated so very cold if you use them. Everything is well kept and functions as it should. There is no Wi-Fi although they will tell you there is when booking. You’ll learn at check-in that there isn’t. Check-in is at the hotel. No room to park for RVs by hotel entrance. And the clerk checking you in wins the award for the rudest, most sarcastic POS I’ve experienced in 50 years. She alone will make you not want to ever return and instead go to the casino across the street that also has an RV park- but it doesn’t have security or a shuttle to the casino. This one has security and a shuttle. If you need a place to stay, it’s clean and safe. But you’ll have to put up with the hotel clerk.

AWESOME campground!! CLEAN, LARGE SPACIOUS SITES, GREAT PRICE
The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars was NO WIFI. Security did a great job patroling the park and it was nice and quiet. Bathrooms were SPOTLESS and the laundry room was clean too

I had called ahead and reserved a space in the RV park. Upon arriving there was 3 signs telling you to "Stop Here Front Desk Phone" (stopping at the shower house). There is a house phone telling you to call Hotel Front Desk Dial 34. I tried and was on hold 12 min, then disconnected. Tried again and was put on hold. After 20 min, the cell phone # was answered. During this time I'm standing outside in 95degree heat! Was told that I have to come to the lobby and check in before they will give me a lot #. I had reserved a space and pd dep of 1 night, so they had all my info. I referred to this and asked if we could get the lot #, get parked and then come to the lobby. We are driving a RV and pulling a jeep. Not like we can drive up to the hotel w/all this. Was told no, would have to come in. So we unhooked the jeep and I drove over to check in. There were 2 ladies behind the desk area and No One waiting, so wasn't like they were busy. Got checked in and rec'd our lot#. Not sure why the signs don't just tell you to go to the hotel to register/sign in, instead of telling you to call the front desk. Was VERY disappointed in this process. Lot size was good, was too hot to sit outside and at night the mosquitos were bad. The shower house was nice and clean. On Sunday when we were to leave, I asked for a 3 pm check out so we could go to the casino again. I was told by the lady at the front desk that 1 pm was the late check out. The RV park was not full by any means.
