I enjoyed my 4 night stay. The room was very clean and spacious. Very quiet. Our room faced the highway and was happy we didn't hear the noise. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. It was near a bus stop, gas station, Costco, and Tim Hortons. I recommend staying here.

Chanel has guaranteed the safest, virus free luxurious stay in my own City Oasis, also the name of the orange and apple Juice given in the individual sealed breakfast bag. Astral raspberry yogurt, banana, mandarins, or apple with World Class moist Otis Spunkmeyer chocolate muffin or a Danish. Amazing Hotel Staff working in harmony. Crystal clear large LG screen, great all inclusive cable channels. Kohler water closet with 10 second quiet flush. Perfect 30 inch by 50 inch clear glass shower, with the original water pic pulsating head for massaging lower back muscles. Mattress was Beauty rest comfy with soft and medium pillows. The seventh floor has the best view of Woodbine and highway 7. Absolutely humbled by Angel Soft Luxurious Treatment by Hardik General Managers Spectacular staff.

It’s ok, clean, free wifi, some rooms can be small and some can be too big, just make sure you reserve your room directly with the hotel, it was a tough day for me. I originally booked at hilton inn vaughn near canada’s wonderland using booking.com , then they said I don’t have any reservation on their system, at the end i decided to look for another hotel near toronto, luckily THIS hotel accommodate us and made a reservation few hours before we check in. I can’t say negative to this hotel, all employees were all professionals and will help you and explain all your questions and concerns.

Note: Never use any third-party booking site or app. Just call the hotel directly to make a reservation. I just got lazy that’s why i use google’s recommended booking app. Typically, I always call the hotel directly even though it’s quite a wait.

We traveled over the labor day holiday 2022 and stayed 5 nights. The hotel is located at the junction of Woodbine and the 407 (Toll) and is a 7 story modern structure with ample free parking and a number of EV charging stations. . There is a Costco across the street as well as a hairdresser and a number of eateries as well as the Highway 7 corridor. We had a king bed room that faced the 407 but did not experience any highway noise. Booking and check-in was smooth and quick. The room itself was large and very clean with a microwave, small fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom was large too with ample clean towels and housekeeping upon request during a very busy weekend when the hotel seemed almost fully booked. Hotel amenities included a small but adequate weight/exercise room as well as a small overchlorinated swimming pool. The excellent hot breakfast was a real plus and included something for every age. There were waffles, fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts, eggs, sausage and hash browns etc. Highly recommend if Markham is a preferred destination. Be warned, the Toronto metro area is growing rapidly with horrendous weekday traffic so plan carefully if you have to travel to the airport or into the city on weekdays as Markham is situated in the northeast suburbs and going downtown can be a traffic 'challenge'.

My family and I stayed at the Hampton Inn with our hockey team and had the majority of the hotel booked. We had all booked a couple months in advance and proceeded to also checkin 24 hrs prior using the Hilton Honors App which allowed us to select our exact room as well as indicate a checkin time.
Upon arrival to the hotel at 315pm (3pm check in), we were advised our room was not ready but would be in about 10 min.... ok no problem. We waited over 1 hour and didn't get our room until past 4. We were continuallly told checkin time is not guaranteed. I find this hard to believe as every website indicates 3pm check in. Another team mate arrived as we were waiting and was told they could not have their room until 5pm. When asked to speak to a manager the front desk lady refused to get one for us stating he would tell us the same thing.
Considering we checked in online and indicated a 3pm arrival you think rooms would be cleaned in order of check in time.
We finally got our room to find it filthy. Old dirty carpets, ratty bath towels, a bath tub so filthy with soap scum and mold it was clearly not cleaned in months and some sort of multiple disgusting gum pieces on the ceiling.
We stayed in the room as we were exhausted and it was getting late.
The next day we woke to house keeping yelling and arguing all morning in the halls about being short staffed, some coworkers being lazy, to much work to do, guests all wanting their rooms cleaned etc. It was completely inappropriate and unprofessional conversation to have in front of guests. On day of checkout, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am and walked in despite us requesting noon checkout and being approved. The lady apologized and said she thought we had left. When I told her we had noon checkout she argued and said I wasn't on her list. Regardless, it was only 9am when checkout was 11am. We stay at hotels dozens of nights per year and by far one of the worst stays we have ever had.

Nice staff, clean public spaces, solid breakfast included.

We had a well designed room with different space for kitchen type amenities ( sink, micro, minifridge ) and washroom facilities with ample seating.

Free parking with restaurants right next door.

Stayed two nights at the hotel and ended with an unpleasant feeling by the service of the breakfast. The morning of March 16th, 2022, because of waking up very early, my brain was not that clear. I didn’t notice there were different spoons in front of the scrambled eggs, bacon, and fried potatoes(they were in a combined container). I accidentally used the spoon for the scramble eggs to scoop the fried potatoes after I took the scrambled eggs. Then the lady with dark short hair in the blue shirt who provided service for the breakfast blamed me “There’s different one for each, why you use this one!” Then grabbed the one I used to wash like I’m the germ. I was so shocked! Who does she think she is? A strict mother? Excuse me, I’m not your poor kid, I’m the customer! What does “Why you use this one” mean? Implying I’m stupid? If I did something wrong, tell me politely, not in this rude way! She should work on her attitude! I felt so not respected! She made my day miserable! I won’t come back to this hotel. Thinking of this hotel reminds me the bad experience. Even thinking of “Hilton” makes me not feel comfortable. I’ll also share my experience with my friends, my colleagues. Customers deserve better service!

Horrible Experience! I stayed in other Hampton Inn at other locations many times but this was my last time because of Hampton Inn on Markham, My rood had adjoining door to next room, at 12:30 at night the neighbors started making so much noise, playing cartoon in full volume, talking so loudly and banging doors, My wife and kids woke up too, I called reception and the old grumpy manager said he will check, I called again in half hour, and he said he asked them to turn down the volume but he can't do anything if they talk loud and bang doors or run in the hallways, and he also said there was no noise and talked to me like i am laying to him, but totally ignored the fact we have a thin door to next room inside our room, He argued with me for long time and upon my frustration so he said we can change room if there is any available! Which was inconvenient but only option with 2 kids and a preg wife, I gathered my stuff and the manager showed up at my door gave me keys and asked sarcastically, "where is the noise?" I said come inn and check he didn't answer started walking, I asked him if he think I am laying? he said "just take the room" and left... I wanted to leave hotel right away but it was middle of night (by then its was late around 1:45), we took the smoking room at another floor... Never in my life was treaded so rudely by a hotel staff.
Other than that, Breakfast was a paper bag with hot yogurt, stale plum, a muffin, water bottle and NO Coffee... Pool is still close (Hotels.com didnt mentioned anywhere on their website about pool, even though I filtered hotels with pool and breakfast). Ice machines are not working (i checked 3rd, 4rth and 6th floor).
Anyways, never going to Hilton Managed hotel again, I always left glowing reviews to hotel, but this hotel ruined the whole trip for us.
Please pay extra money and get a better hotel.

We stayed for three nights in the king suite which included a microwave and mini fridge (with bonus counter and kitchen sink to help with food prep!), and it was such an ideal stay. Every staff member was courteous and helpful, and if there was even a minor issue, they were quick to resolve it. They were able to provide us with both wine glasses and a corkscrew when we asked without any issue, and staff swapped our down pillows for foam ones upon our request. The large jacuzzi tub was a great way to unwind at the end of a busy day. The only thing that I would mark as an area of improvement was we found the breakfast to be a little lacklustre - there was limited choice, and the food wasn’t great quality. It’s truly such a minor thing though, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Hampton to anyone looking to stay in Markham. Highly recommended!

Check in was quick and easy beds are very comfortable slept well which is the most important.

Bathroom is very comfortable and spacious that is good as some hotels seem to save money on the bathroom and make as compact as possible.

No breakfast which I do find annoying l understand at the moment there’s restrictions but some hotel chains are able to provide hot breakfast and some choose to give a to go bag. The guy a check in advised that breakfast is served 6-10 am and then said it’s a to go bag I’m like why bother telling me that.

Gym and pool can be used.
