Overall a decent stay. Upon arriving at the hotel there was garbage outside that had not been picked up and the overall feeling of being uninviting. Once inside though, the staff were friendly each and every time I needed to speak with someone and helpful. Parking was fine. There is a several story car park that can be used if you cannot find parking on the lower level. I did not see any restaurants within walking distance except the one attached to the hotel which appears to be Chinese or Japanese cuisine.

Going to my room I noticed chunks of carpet missing and tears here and there. My King bedroom was very spacious, the bed soft for me and a few minor stains on the couch. That being said, I would recommend and stay again.

Covid protocols were good, elevators prompt going up or down and my room was very quiet at the end of the hall.

Location to the 404 highway cannot be beat.

Thank you for your review and comments regarding your stay with us. Our location is excellent. There are several restaurants to the north of our property. Difficult to see from our hotel due to the buildings beside us. If you need suggestions for restaurants or activities next time you are here please ask at the front desk and they will direct you.

Stayed here for one night to watch my son in a local sports tournament.
Check-in was quick and easy. I loved that about 15 minutes after I checked in front desk called to see if I was happy and needed anything.
The room was spacious and very clean. Had a coffee maker, mini fridge, iron & hair dryer. I wish it had a microwave but this in no way impacted my stay.
The room was very nicely decorated and modern. The shower was amazing - great water pressure & water temperature. I especially loved the full sized shampoo/conditioner/body wash... it was a great quality and having long thick hair, the mini bottles are never enough, so this impressed me.
Despite having many sports teams, the hotel was quiet & I had zero noise issues. I also appreciated the extra deadbolt on the door, though I certainly did not feel unsafe I do appreciate those extra little things.
I did not utilize the pool, but the kids did and were happy that the hotel had a pool.
The beds were extremely comfortable and I appreciated the extra pilloews.
The elevator is currently broken in the parking garage so I recommend checking in quickly THEN parking, especially if you have mobility issues, children or heavy luggage.
I noticed my friend had a magnifying mirror in her bathroom but mine did not. A quick call to reception and a mirror was brought to my room.
I did utilize the on site spa for a pedicure. They accomodated me last minute, were professional, did a great job and the price was reasonable.
My ONLY wish is that there were blackout or thicker curtains in the room. I wanted to sleep in a little but by 530am my room was flooded with daylight... and for me, I cannot fall back asleep once I see daylight.
I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very easy to book through Titanium elite services. They made the process very easy and gave us a nice upgrade.
They were very helpful with accommodating with the suite that offers a small full kitchen including dishwasher, silverware, microwave, regular size fridge, kitchen sink, coffee maker

Lots of living room space and tv in living-room and bedroom.

Easy for parking. They have space outside for large F250 trucks since a truck won’t fit in their covered parking.

I stayed here for business for a week. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you could need and want, including a spa. It’s clean and quiet, suites are well equipped. But...

I travel a lot for work, doing nightshifts and sleep during the day. I always have the do not disturb sign on the door so I can sleep, and I make sure to schedule housekeeping for best suited times. However, this time around on 4 separate occasions housekeeping entered the room, disregarding the do not disturb notice. Always a quick knock and a few short seconds later the door opens. I wouldn’t even have time to go open the door myself. Unfortunately for me, The last time it happened, she entered the room as I was topless, and proceeded to have a conversation with me about my checkout time??!! I had to firmly tell her to ‘please leave, I’m not dressed’.
I don’t know why this happened, or why it continued to happen even after calling front desk to complain… but it certainly was a huge nuisance/embarrassment and unfortunately due to this I would think twice about going back.

I know this hotel building was bought over by Marriott from another hotel brand, but Marriott have done an amazing job at upgrading the decor and the rooms. I was really glad to pick this hotel for an overnight stay. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The room was clean and just the right size. And the pool was great for a refreshing swim. Would definitely stay here again.

The service here is just terrible, check in is usually somehow complicated or staff just don’t know what they are doing. I requested and was granted4:00pm late check out as I am a Bonvoy Titanium member but at 10:00am someone knocked the door asking why I’m not leaving, then again at 12:00pm then again at 2:00pm after already explaining the them that I had late check out, this happened multiple times I’ve stayed at least once a month all year . The management is just as bad as the regular front desk staff and are rude. From mildew in the bathroom to missing towels I’ve stayed here multiple time this year as it it close to a project I’m completing and it just gets worse each time. This place is aged and staff it’s bad meaning bad leadership. This is not even a 3 star hotel.

I stayed here on short notice when my apartment flooded. The very nice receptionist was sympathetic to my situation and very helpful with a few requests. The room was clearly recently renovated; it was large and practical. The bed was comfortable. I did use the pool and I suppose the only complaint I have is the lack of a hot tub.

For the price I paid I could not have expected more from this hotel. Thanks to them for a nice stay.

The checkin process was easy but we had to pay for parking.

The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. When we asked for extra sheets for the sofa bed, we got them delivered promptly.

The staff was nice and attentive.

The sofa bed was old though. The AC worked well (a plus in the summer).

We used the pool. I would avoid the women’s change room. The shower was old and dark.

It is located near an industrial park and there is not much of a view from our room.

Our visit was fine.

This establishment is located near a highway, which adds to its positive characteristics.

Check-in was easy, and the staff was polite and helpful. Ideally, the hotel should replace their luggage trolleys with ones that allow for hanging clothing.

My room was clean and business friendly. Their covered parking deck is another plus.

Very disappointed .. To-date, I have not received email copy of my hotel bill which I requested during check out at 1:40 pm instead of waiting for it to be printed. The lady hotel front desk acknowledged my request. Compared to Residence Inn Toronto-Markham , I got the email copy INSTANTLY. A HUGE DIFFERENCE.

A bit noisy and busy in the lobby as there is Real Estate Presentation booked.
