Overlooking a small and quiet square in the small village of Benavente, the hotel has quiet, modern, comfortable rooms and the staff is super-kind. The breakfast offers a variety of fruit juices, toasted bread, cakes, and the typical Portuguese Pasteis with custard cream. On the top floor there is a great restaurant with panoramic view. The chef is very nice and friendly and the food is super.

Do not wait any super or amazing things.
When you make your booking avoid the ground floor rooms. They have two of them and almost open the rooms from the lobby, besides the elevator. Very noisy, the window open to the street.
Breakfast is forgetable. They have everything but all thing are cheap( meats, cheese, ect) so do not have huge expectation.
For a night stop is ok, that’s all.

There's really just one way to start this: I'm pretty sure the main objective of whomever built the hotel was: "Let's build the smallest possible rooms and let's see if we can fit people there!". If that was truly the objective, then kudos! It is indeed possible, albeit very discomfortable and more suitable for a Chinese gymnast than a regular person.
I'm very sure that it is possible to reduce even more, the closet is unnecessary if we fit things under the bed but please don't reduce the shower! It's already very hard to move (actually, try not to move otherwise you move the faucet and it might be unpleasant)...
Everything else becomes relative after this.. It was clean, it is modern, the bed was confortalbe but it was (room 108) an interior room.. A window serves no purpose if we can't open it without exposing everything to the room 2m away... It was faced to an interior garden but so are other rooms...
The service at the front desk was nice, but not in the breakfast (maybe the waiter just isn't a morning person)..
All in all, I was giving it a 3 out of 5, but maybe I'm being friendly..

Nice Hotel with decent facilities at very reasonable rates, the hotel needs to be good because the actual locality is lacking in things to do outside of the hotel. Very clean hotel with great staff & lovely restaurant.

We stayed at Benavente Vila for one night, we were on the way south to Algarve and needed a place to stay. We had a wonderful night there, yes the rooms are small but very comfortable, and more than adequate. We had our two kids with us, they got their own room, and were plenty happy with the TV and WiFi services. We had dinner and drinks on the rooftop restaurant, very good food and attention by the staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Only stayed for one night but wished it could have been longer. Room was very large with a balcony overlooking the pool. Bed was massive and so comfy. We would like to return to the hotel if we was ever returning to this area

OK, the hotel is nice, the room are OK, good design, enough space but the carpet on the floor...
Personally I prefer wood (parquet) or stone, they are much easier to clean and that's the point!
Carpet on the floor... Do you know how many bacterias into the carpet? Furthermore it is not so easy to clean carefully and, in fact, I found LOTS of hairs in the carpet of room 206.
Please, use the carpet cleaning machine more often, with that rotating brush, not only the vacuum cleaner!!
Restaurant on 3rd floor was OK, the head waiter is a very nice person, with fluent English (much better than mine).
WiFi is OK
I don't know the breakfast, I will know tomorrow.
Price is good, maybe because it is in the middle of nowhere.
