Have spent tonights here one in August and more recently towards end of Sep, it is a large complex geared up for conferences large groups etc. Though was good for a couple. There are many eating options in easy walking distance. They do have room service up to 8:30 at night Our first stay we had a room in he main building looks like recently one up very clean rated the stay as excellent. Second stay in an older room that seemed to have not the same facilities and cleanliness not up to the excellent standard we first experienced. This however did not detract from a very good stay. Staff were very welcoming and even called an hour or so after we arrived to check everything was okay. Would happily stay here again.

This hotel was the perfect place to call our home away from home. The service and staff were exceptional! Our room was well kept and had everything we needed for our 2 week holiday. A special thank you to the loveliest ladies Lisa and Hazel for the warmest welcoming, to Angela for the friendliest conversations whilst having breakie and to Pooja for amazing service she did when cleaning our room each and every time. All of them have gone above and beyond and I highly recommend this exceptional accommodation.

After I paid in advance for a room in this hotel, they demanded a bond of $100 be paid before I received the key. Then it took them over 7 days to return this bond. We are international travelers and have never experienced this before. The reception customer service was terrible and we regret staying here and will never recommend.

Please be advised Anneberg that we have responded to your concerns on several platforms now. Bond requirements are made available and accepted through the reservation stage and highlighted again via confirmation email sent prior to arrival for all guests. The transaction receipt confirming bond release has been emailed on the day of departure. The processing time for return of funds is dependent on your financial intuition or bank merchant. Our front desk team are working through industry shortages in our busiest season over the next few months, serving high volumes of guests daily. They do their utmost to explain the bond requirement again on arrival. We have a zero tolerance for Verbal/online threats and bullying and will take the necessary action to keep our team safe. We encourage all guests to read through hotel terms of stay before confirming acceptance as bonds/security deposits in hotels are a common practice worldwide.

The staff are very hospitable and helpful. The spaces are well-kept and feel like a home away from home. There are enough places to eat out nearby should you want to explore other options for a change. I'll definitely visit again and encourage others to try this gorgeous place.

A big mihi to Lisa and the staff at the Lincoln Green Hotel. We had a great experience here with exceptional service. Our room was thoroughly cleaned and tidy. Lisa was very kind to talk to and pointed out the best spots to visit around Auckland. Will be back to stay again.
