My wife and I stayed here to recover from our long flight before continuing to Rotorua, this could not have turned out better and we were very happy with all aspects of our stay, it's a wonderful location within walking distance from shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was a special surprise, the food was of the highest quality and expertly...

Everything was beautiful in this house, the rooms, the furniture, the decoration, the breakfast and of course the owner Judy. We can't speak highly enough of how amazing our stay was. I will definitely recommend this place to our friends. Weiwei

We stayed for the final two nights of our New Zealand honeymoon in the Victoria Room looking out on Mt Victoria. Pros: Everything. The house is gorgeous and Judy's special touches make the place feel like home. I don't know if the best thing was the wonderful location, quaint neighborhood, beautiful room, wonderful breakfast or Judy and her adorable dog,...

Away from the bustle of downtown Auckland and yet only a 12 minute ferry ride away, this is a perfect place to stay. Lovely room, charming host (and Cooper, the dog!). Very relaxing. The room has all required amenities. Balcony and excellent breakfast.

We stayed three nights at this charming Victorian B&B with the delightful proprietor, Judy and her sweet puppy, Cooper. Her collection of blue and white porcelain and china as well as her silver tea pots was extensive, and was beautifully displayed on our daily breakfast tables. The "inn" is located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and shops, as...

We stayed for an evening this month, as part of a weekend return to Auckland to brush up on snowboarding skills, and meet up with old friends. My first impression of the property was the owner and operator, Judy; as being polite, welcoming and beimg terribly apologetic about noise that was coming from an upstairs wedding party. The B&B itself...

We stayed three nights at this quaint Victorian B&B centrally located in Devonport, just across the bay from downtown Auckland. My daughter and I shared a two-bed garden room that was quite spacious with a nice en suite shower bath. Judy, the proprietor met us each morning between 07:00 and 08:00 to cook a proper English breakfast following muesli and...

Excellently located right by the ferry terminal and cafe's, restaurants, bars and movie theatre. Easy travelling up north from here, to farmer's markets (Matakana) and wineries, without having to cross the harbour bridge.
