One of the people I was travelling with was served rotten meat. The chef (who is also the owner) said that this was intentional as she did not have enough fresh meat, and did not seem to understand his displeasure at being intentionally poisoned. I am not sure if she is malicious, stupid, or both. Apart from this, all of the food was terribly cooked and took over an hour to arrive multiple times, the WiFi is unusable, the toilet leaked and had to be shaken to refill, and the entire place is in a state of disrepair and clearly built by amateurs. Also bear in mind that the facilities listed on websites like here are not accurate, the owner has simply selected that they have everything. The only good part was the view, and the high-school aged waiting staff that I hope are being paid enough for their troubles.

We were 8 persons and we waited for more than 1 1/2 hours, for ridiculously small portions of French fries, a sliced tomato as salad for each person (if you can call it a proper salad!), and a rice with mushrooms which was at least bad, and finally the dessert which was a pancake, undercooked and with only some traces of marmalade... Huge delay, even though we were the only table at the moment in the restaurant, and everything quite overpriced compared to the menu prices we received a few weeks earlier with our requirement, though email. Of course, we denied to pay what they asked and we showed the email. So they accepted the prices we had from them. If you wanna have a coffee or a drink, then the wooden deck close to the river might be an interesting suggestion. If you wanna have a proper meal, no, that’s not a good choice. When you own a restaurant, having to host a group of people who are passing by as tourists, and will never visit your restaurant again, doesn’t mean that you do not ought to supply the best services you can. And at the end, please, please, do not try to cheat on them by overpricing the bill.

I had a very good time, the location/view is very nice. The food was good, not at all expensive and quickly served. Very nice host, kind and dedicated, open to answer all out questions. The AC was not available and in the night you could hear the frogs but overall, price per quality was very good.

The staff was friendly. I love the location right on the river, it has beautiful views. Its really quiet. The food was good, but the breakfast which was included in the price was lacking veggetables. The room was small and the mattress was awfull; the swimming pool was dirty; the garden can use alot of TLC. The most annoying thing was that the AC was turned off in the hotel. Apparently it was broken and it needed repair, but someone told us that the hotel was saving money that way. I hope that they fix it by now. Anyways this place has alot of potential and hopefully the owners can see that.

Poor service, expensive service and expensive food. The restaurant serve little portion of food at maximum price posible. Fridge is not working every time. Room is small. Everyting here is old and not repaired or reconditioned. If you dont worry about snakes and reptiles you have a chance to sleep with them in your room... I do not recommend this 3 margarets not even to any foe in this world...
