Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Hotel with clean room and clear bathroom, no special added value. The breakfast is poor, usually the warm meals are cold, but acceptable for tourists, which is all days travelling around the island. Location is a good stating point to visit the island.

We really enjoyed our stay at this small hotel. The hotel has only 2 stars but we had a very nice suite with sea view. It was super clean. There were even fly screens on the windows and a clothesline on the balcony. Breakfast was quite sufficient for us. The location was great. The beach and the many taverns and supermarkets were only a few minutes away. We spent a wonderful holiday there.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Since we wanted a room with a sea view, they quickly found a new room for us. The rooms are very clean, it only bothered us that the wifi did not work in our first room. Breakfast is the same very day. The hotel is on a great location, 5min from the center, where you can find market’s and a lot of restaurant, also the beach there is nice.
We would like to praise their worker Ari, who was very kind to us, he taught us a lot about Greece.

The hotel is very clean, bright and modern. Staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming . We had a ‘deluxe’ room sleeping 4 people (separate bedroom and living space) with balcony and sea view which was great. Short stroll down to small village center with 4/5 tavernas etc and small beach/cove. On street parking may be an issue in busy months. Good location for Milos (15 min walk) and Kathisme (10 min drive) beaches.

I want to congratulate the staff and the owner of the hotel, for the warm welcome and the good attitude that we receive from them during our 9 days holiday stay in Agios Nikitas Hotel. The location is perfect close to everything. In the hotel is quiet and specious with a big terrace.
If we come again to Lefkada I will definitely choose Agios Nikitas Hotel.

The last reviews of this hotel are several years old so I ignored them when booking to stay with my husband and another family member. The hotel itself is attractive and spotlessly clean but...
. The room I booked and paid for for my husband and myself was unavailable on arrival
. The room booked and paid for for our companion was not booked at all
. The rooms have been very cleverly photographed for all websites visited. They are, for the most part, small and dark with little natural light and balconies small
. The reception staff were unhelpful and made us feel as though WE were at fault. We eventually reached a compromise and accepted rooms which we had not requested
. Reception staff double up as waiting staff and all staff are unsmiling and unwelcoming. In my opinion, the hotel is grossly understaffed
. Breakfast is sparse and the range of available food unimaginative and not replenished when piled onto some guests plates
. This hotel seemed to be exclusively used by Eastern European families
. In many years of visiting Greece, this is the very first time I have had cause to complain about an accommodation, food or service.

The hotel is well positioned, very close to the beach and the taverns and it is clean. Unfortunatelly the breakfast is very limited, the rooms are quiet small, the hotel has no parking and it's difficult to find a parking space in the summer months.

The location to the village is incredible!!! The staff was friendly and beautiful. GET the suite if you can, having a view and balcony was worth it.

*** The reviews on their breakfast being bad are ridiculous. It was GREAT and full of croissants, bread, meat, cheese, eggs, yogurt, granola, coffee, and orange juice.

Would definitely stay here again!
