Very good stayed longish term and had excellent service. The owners went out of their way to assist. From newly picked flowers on the table on arrival to sorting out a different jug (for boiling water) to a type we were more used to. And when hearing we loved to soak in a bath opened another empty unit just for the purpose of a good soak in the bathroom of that unit. At no additional cost, even though it cost them effort. GREAT PLACE TO STAY. * NOTE- At least one review here is 'Greenacres Motel' Hanmer Springs (ie the hot pools) being another town.

We stayed for one night in Hanmer Springs at Greenacres we had a swift and polite check in, chalet was clean and well appointed with beautiful views.
Good location, about a 10 minute walk from town centre and amazing springs. Would recommend!

Booked 2 units 4 da wknd, Had the Adult Kids in one and they were charged $100 for not washing their dinner dishes. Lived in alot of motels/hotels acommodation throughout da country. First time ever been charged for dishes. .
