Detailed Reviews
We've just returned from a 3 night break at this wonderful guest house and had a lovely time. The place itself is around 10 minutes drive from the nearest town and located on a hill top overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The view is breathtaking and despite it's remoteness the property is easily accessible and has very good transport connections if you want a good touring base.
The property is nicely laid out with a couple of spacious en-suite guest bedrooms and on site car parking. Breakfast is plentiful and a great but leisurely way to start the day. The owners Richard and Patricia are extremely welcoming, knowledgeable about the area and dog friendly . Pet owners need firm control as there are sheep and hens resident there too ! We had our dogs with us and they had a ball galloping on deserted sandy beaches of which there are many nearby.
There are excellent restaurants and pubs within 10/12 minutes drive at Moville and Greencastle. Slightly further is Malin Head, about 45 minutes and well worth the drive if only for it's beautiful seafood restaurant and stunning beach.
We look forward to returning to this truly lovely place.

Excellent place to stay. The owners, Richard and Patricia, made us and Candy very welcome. Lovely, homely and clean, with a welcome drink and a great breakfast. Stunning views over the hills and the Atlantic. We look forward to returning someday soon.
