Room Stunk of musty water leaks. When I arrived home I opened my bag and everything inside stunk like the room. Disgusting. The shower rose was faulty. I asked for the internet password and was advised to go down town to a hotspot - although it was advertised as having free WiFi. Under no circumstance would I ever set foot back in that dirty place. The sign out the front says luxury accommodation but this place is from the 90s in need of a refresh and update. The room was dark during the day and light at night (due to Venetian blinds which didn't block lights from neighboring buildings). The bathroom had cracked tiles and parts of the wall coming off and there was no way to shower without water going everywhere. It has an amazing location but it's certainly not luxury.

The dirtiness of the room was pretty under-whelming, there were dirty scissors on top of the shower area, a blanket just chucked in the wardrobe, dirty marks on the duvet, pillows were scattered around the room. I honestly thought our room hadn’t been cleaned when we checked in, the bed looked like it hadn’t been made properly. There was a grotty old soap on the shower drain hole. There was butter on a plate in the microwave wrapped with tinfoil. The blinds didn’t work properly and the window handle was broken so couldn’t shut it. Our front door wouldn’t lock properly and the receptionist looked at me like I was thick and said she would take a look, not sure if she did or not. The apartment next to us were really noisey but the night manager dealt with that really quickly. Location is good and there is a car park available but extremely tight but suffice. I probably wouldn’t return unless I had to.…

Positioned neatly between Main beach and Pilot bay at the base of the Mount and across the road from the hot pools means this is walking distance to most things. Restaurant out the front cafes up the road it’s all here.
