Middle of winter and we wanted a place with a spa. We had stayed here before and the spa and pool were exactly what we chose the place for. We checked in and then found the spa had been broken for months and not fixed. Plus pathetically small bathroom towels and a sign threatening to charge $150 extra if we didn’t empty the rubbish when we checked out. Staff unhelpful and we only got one key.
A lot can change in 18-months! enjoyed the heated pools before - this was the reason we chose this slightly run down, tired complex. Over $600 for 2 nights, pool now cold - told “check the ad, we took the word “heated” out, now it’s just a pool! “ Middle of winter. Gym and sauna still out of action- same story 18 months ago. Don’t be fooled - services listed no longer available- and you have to empty the bins as you go!
On arrival an eastern european man told us to enter the car park at the 2nd bollard. We couldn't get in. However, someone on the other side opened the gate. We couldn't find the park number. We then tried the bollard 1 entry and got into the other area. Found the park. It was so tight we had to empty the car of our luggage before parking. The rooms are badly maintained and poorly cleaned. Mould in the showers and dust blocked bathroom air vent. What looks good on the outside, isn't great inside. On checking out, the same man hasn't heard my wife's greeting, and rudely said to her " I said Good Morning" I cannot recommend the establishment.
By far the worst experience of a hotel ever. We booked via a common 3rd party booking site. All was fine until we arrived for check in. The reception was filthy and not staffed. Someone helped us that claimed not to work there. Upon arrival into the room it was filthy! The car park was probably cleaner. Talking to management was the worst experience. A rude horrible violent man that was unimpressed we had booked via a 3rd party. If I had enough money I would pay guests not to stay here. The rooms are filthy and the staff are rude! Do yourself a favour and do not even bother with this establishment.
Poor customer service. No night manager and no security to help for anything. No housekeeping service, no beds done. When asked, it’s due to Covid which is an excuse for everything. And we were supposed to take our own rubbish to the bins. Checkout time at 10 am, reception closed. Had to wait for my cash bond to be returned and did not allow me to park the car even for an hour extra. Receptionist says - I am not the manager so I cannot take a decision. Seriously? Then why are you handling guests? Extremely poor customer service. Wonder what the manager is doing after all the bad reviews here I see now.
Dirty accommodation, shabby decor, old thin linens, air con unit was covered in thick dust/mold? broken furnishings....the list goes on...all in addition to poor customer service. Would not recommend, despite the location.
There is only one pool. Bathroom dated and towels scratchy and very old. Bed from 1970’s and the pillows are awful it is like sleeping on concrete. Too expensive for what it is definitely not a resort, only a motel. Was clean but bathroom and carpet off putting. Resorts all over the world have wooden or tiled floors. Usually you can book in anytime in other countries.
After walking in to book a room, I was completely put off by the rude woman behind the desk. Discrimination and total lack of compassion here. Appalling customer service. Disgusting behaviour! First impressions will be my last!
We booked a 2 night stay in the honeymoon suit (room 338). Adjoining room 341 had an overnight party till 7am with loud music and deep bass, so we did not sleep at all. Hotel staff were unavailable, there was no security, no overnight manager despite that being announced at reception. Only an automated message to send an e-mail. The next morning, we complained, and the manager did not care one bit, even questioned whether we did indeed hear any music..We checked out 1 day early and will be taking this further to get a full refund and apology. Bad service No overnight management no security reception staff not wearing mandatory mask glass shards in the bathroom very dirty spa bath dusty areas and aircon units tired decoration pool closed gym closed did I mention very poor service?
We stayed at this apartment no view just street view.The reception staff was friendly.The apartment was dusty and dirty.I bought a multipurpose spray and clean down the entire place.All the oven pans n tray was dusty n dirty.The dishwasher, washing machine and dryer was a good thing.Bed was uncomfortable n not sure when the sheets was fitted in.Had 2 night of body iche due to the bedding n 2 sleepless nights due to the iche.This was our first holiday destination.very unhappy.When we got there the coffee n tea was not refilled after the previous people left, asked reception n they told us housekeeping has left for the day so tommorow they will come n refill but they never came till we left.Bad service and bad stay overall.Having our own carpark was convenient.The tiny view we had was ok to see the sunset.…
