My home is in the very center of Chiang Mai's ancient city. It has convenient transportation. We have family rooms, big bed rooms and twin rooms, children's playrooms for children, and beautiful swimming pools. You can take good pictures. . Going to any attraction in the ancient city, it takes about 10 minutes to walk. Of course, we also have bicycles for our guests to rent for free.

Detailed Reviews
The hotel room was small but nicely decorated and functional. A slight downside was a damp patch above the toilet, likely from a leak, which occasionally dripped. On the plus side, the room had a nice balcony with a drying rack and the central location was perfect for exploring the area.

+1
We booked to stay in Momo hotel because of its central location in the heart of Chiang Mai old town. Convenient shop, café, local eateries, ATM machine, massage & shopping shop are just stone throw away. Tourist attraction such as Wat Chedi Luang, Wat Phra Singh & Wat Phantao and most importantly the Sunday Night Market is just walking distance from the hotel! Besides, the pool in the hotel is just perfect to chill & relax after a long day exploring around the old city. On the other hand, downside would be the small lift & luggage storage area, squeaky bed (only for our room) and a bar/café corner that seems not operation. Overall it was a great stay and experience staying in Momo hotel.

The location is excellent, central in the old town with easy access to walk everywhere.
Room was nice, had a balcony and generally it was clean and nice.
However maintenance needs improvement with the safe box not working and unable to fix, air conditioner a bit noisy and towels frayed and old.
Staff were friendly and accommodating and overall for the price it was OK.

It's 2am, and im up writing a review because the pain in my lower back is so bad because the beds are so hard you are better off throwing the pillows on the floor and trying to make the best of it. Also, the walls are so thin I am being forced to play you tube videos to cover the sounds of someone who is very clearly being paid for their services. Total waste of money. We were supposed to spend 2 nights here, but it is not worth the $30 dollars to sleep on cement like mattress and listen to a low budget porn sound track. Aside from the location this is not worth the "savings". Hope I can walk tomorrow. This is bed is truely ridiculous.

Regarding the softness / hardness of the bedding, we screened multiply times before purchasing. We are sorry for your bad experience. We recommend that pay more attention to your health when traveling. If necessary, the hotel will contact you with medical services. Sorry again and wish you a safe journey and welcome you to visit Chiang Mai again in the future.

It was a 5 out of 5 experience for me. Stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time with my friend.
The hotel is located right in the center of the city. Very convenient for travellers where lots of restaurants and temples are around to visit.
The hotel room was nice and clean with a little balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy Chiang Mai’s beautiful weather.
The staffs were all very friendly and helpful, offered to book a ride for our trip to Doi Inthanon when we were asking how to get there.

A super great experience, the location of the hotel was perfect, it was in the middle of the old city. I arrived on a Sunday so I got to enjoy the night market right out the door. The rooms were very clean, every time the staff entered the room they took their shoes off. And the staff helped me find a driver to take me to places at a last minute notice which really helped me. I would definitely recommend staying here, the quality of the hotel really surprised me for such a low price. 5star recommendation!

Momo hotel is a lovely small hotel that I would recommend anyone visiting chiang mai. It can be on the expensive side for anyone backpacking and on a budget. But it’s not over priced and is good value for money.
Pros (Good points)
- Pool
- Spacious rooms
- Good air-con
- Good WiFi
- Clean
- Polite staff
- Round corner from Temples.
- 10 minute walk to Lanna market and nightlife.
- Very good location.
Cons (Bad points)
- Aircon in our room, rattled and affected sleep
- The bar didn’t look like it was ever open, looked maybe it was being refurbished.
Overall I would stay here again. My personal rating 8/10.

They tried to scam us twice once charging us a disproportionate price for the alleged loss of the room card and secondly, trying to charge a taxi for twice as much because they lied to us wishing there were neither taxis nor Grap at night.

Since MOMO Hotel reopened after the covid situation, and there are many restaurants outside, MOMO Hotel don't have food room service or breakfast yet. Meanwhile it's available to use the apps for food such as Grab, Foodpanda in hotel. We will upgrade information when we reopen the breakfast service. Thank you for inquiry.
Since the center of the old city, MOMO hotel don't have any private car parking. We recommend to free park at the street in front of hotel, which is easy to reach. Thank you.
