Me and my sister stayed in Porto Village on July for a week. We absolutely loved it!
• Staff - very helpful, we had a small problem with our shower and it was fixed very quickly. Receptionists are kind, bartenders always smiling.
• Food - big variety of dishes, from traditional greek to french fries. Always fresh and looks tasty!
• View - beautiful details, lots of plants, we felt here like in a private little greek village.
• Location - near the main Hersonissos street, about 6min on feet you can reach the centre. Around the hotel - really peaceful and relaxing.
• Room - simple and clean, got everything we needed. It was cleaned 3 or 4 times per week.
• Hotel events - grill dinner, pool party with DJ, moment photo of guests, all good ideas, which make you feel welcome.

Resume - it was nice to stay at this cozy hotel. It's a good choice if you are searching for nice economic hotel with gorgeous view for a good price.

Thank you Porto Village! :) It was my holiday. Amazing food, everyone will find something for himself.
The rooms were clean. They were cleaned several times a week. Clean pool and enough sunbeds. And last but not least, the service is very nice.
Thank you again, we hope that we will return there soon.:)

I returned to Crete a few weeks ago and, of course, it was Porto Village again.:-) So happy to see the beautiful sea again, to swim! Was doing this every morning after the wonderful breakfast at the taverna. Really now, where else can you start your breakfast as soon as you need it, if you ask for it from the day before?! And it is to 10:30, from 8 or 7 o clock, i guess. Eggs, cheeses, fruits, cakes, cookies, veggies, meats, the amazing greek yoghurt, teas, coffee, soft drinks... Was happy to see again bartender Nikos, a really nice and funny guy.:-) The other bartender, Giorgos, playing such a good music, create a good atmosphere at evenings and nights, suggested which places to visit and his cocktail... so good! Also his beers were... so good!:-) Always provided with fresh bed sheets when asked even it wasn't the day we supposed to get them, fresh towels as well. And for this i would like to say a small THANK YOU :-) to wise :-) manager Giorgos and bubbly Hillie, both friendly and very professional. Many changes this year- new furniture, new wider pool, more seats at the bar, whole the hotel freshly painted, more options at the restaurant. The chambermaids always smile, never moody. Professional and always up for a laugh the 2 guys for maintenance- Giorgos and Rigas; probably they are best friends ever- it looks so.:-) The waiters quiet and polite, calm even in my time the hotel was full, bout 300 people in there... i guess. I highly recommend it to families, to young couples, to singles as the food and other services provide all the needs for a family, fun at the bar and pools to the young couples and singles. A great thing at Porto Village is that it is not on the main road so you can rest good at night but it is also 5 minutes near the beach and restaurants, bars, clubs in case you need... a bit of wildness/ partying.:-) Deffo i will go back.:-)

First, when we arrived at the hotel, in reception was so nice to meet with Hilly. She is a very gracious and caring woman. Reception was working very good and we have nothing to say bad about it. Room 106 was very good, because all other places was near. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable to stay for 8 days. Rooms were cleaning every day. Food was very tasty although there was not much choice but we liked it a lot. The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the center. The hotel's pool offers beautiful sea or mountain views. There was enough loungers for everyone at the pool. Bartender George was amazing and charming. It was very fun to talk with him about everything and I will always remember him words "it's rake time" and "No rake, no party" :) Local drinks were good and it was fun to drink with a bartender. Evenings at the bar have always played very good and varied music. From Greek to Lithuanian.
All in all there was very enjoyable holidays with good and very friendly staff. Nice view from hotel, good drinks and tasty food. I'm sure I will return to this hotel in few years later. I so clad that I went to this hotel and I recommend it to you
