Everything fits here, hotel industry at the very high end ! And when the whole thing comes from the people here in all service areas authentic and felt from the heart, you can relax and just let go for a few days. Yes the sea is very refreshing here in the bay, but for snorkelers it is anything but boring. We had half board and could enjoy delicious and creative menu creations every evening. In particular, the central location with the many smaller and larger day trips never leaves boredom even for a slightly longer stay. The walks on the resort grounds, especially to the viewpoints of the sea, we found additionally as a great option for "sports" activity. We can highly recommend the Veladrion for all who want to afford it.

From front to back - a wonderful hotel with great staff! At the reception we felt like kings - our car was parked and our luggage brought to the room while we got a guided tour of the facility with welcome drink. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom even had a bidet. Once a day you can empty the mini-bar free of charge, also a coffee machine is in the room. Breakfast is served at the table and leaves nothing to be desired. A "basic equipment" consists of bread baskets with bread rolls and croissants, butter, cheese, ham and sausage as well as honey and jam and a plate of fresh fruit. Additional options such as eggs Benedict, granola with yogurt or pancakes with orange sauce (absolute Recommendation for all three!) can be ordered, plus many other options such as eggs in all variants, smoothies or French toast. The very attentive room service uses the time you spend at breakfast to get the room up to speed - I've never experienced it so great. A second time the room is then checked in the afternoon or evening and we found again a little attention on the dessert. The dinner at the hotel was always very delicious, every wish was fulfilled immediately and we were also excellently advised on the wine selection. For Booking Referral there was 20 minutes of free massage performed by a very warm and competent lady who puts you in the best hands. The grounds are large and invite for walks. The water was pleasantly cool thanks to the fresh water springs, if you paddle a little further out of the bay with the free-to-use SUP, the water also gets warmer. We have always found free loungers, the view of the bay from the lounger platform is just beautiful. Even on the loungers you are served. The grounds invite you with many small houses and loungers to make yourself comfortable - and you always have your privacy. We all fell a bit in love with this place and will definitely come back!

One of the best hotles I ever been staying. The villa is locatd in a megical location near the sea. Completely new facility. The room was extremely large with very big & comfortable bed & small balcony. The same were the toilets. This hotel is dedicated only for romantic couples. We have been treated cordially & well. We had dinner at the hotel. Don't miss it. Recommending the toutes from the nearby river prapered specially & in front of you. The brekfast was amazing & very special. We have been treated by Antonia -- a charming girl. I would have given this hotel the highest record, but we were unable to use the indoor pool & Jacuzzi becuse the water was too cold. we brought this issue to the villa management attention. This is the only reason we are recording this hotel as"very good" instead of "excellent".

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is very pretty, and our rooms were beautifully decorated. The staff is super sweet and very easy to communicate with. The spa is also lovely (the official close time is very early but they let us use it later anyway) and I loved the indoor salt water pool. The sea runs a bit colder here due to the vruje, but I think it’s probably fine during the season. The beach area seemed a bit small but wasn’t a problem for us given there were few guests. The food was truly exceptional! Every single meal was just fantastic. The wines were great as well. We loved hiking the Velebit mountain.
(One note of caution for the bad drivers like me: the road to get to the property is very steep and narrow.)

Veladrion is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities designed for rest and pleasure. The room was big enough, beautifully decorated with fantastic welcome gifts (dry figs, chocolate, fruit...) and a view of the sea (which is a few steps from the hotel). To present to what extent they go with the details – there was handwritten welcome note from the hotel manager and a card with a name of housekeepers who were responsible to keep the room tidy. Veladrion won me over the most with its gastronomic offer and the chef (Filip Akrap), who works wonders with local ingredients. Before each course, the chef explained to us what he had prepared and where the ingredients he used came from (that's how I know it's local). The offer of spirits and wine list is superb and adapted for everyone's taste. The property surrounding the hotel is enough for people who like a more active holiday and long walks, and there are many interesting locations in the area that you can visit (I recommend Zavratnica bay). By my experience, this is a hotel that offers more than others in this price range. Definitely a place I will go back to
