We stayed here in the cottage with another family. Four adults and nine children all fit very comfortably. It's a lovely, clean space with many bathrooms and a spacious kitchen that is neat and well outfitted. Each bedroom is nicely decorated and has high ceilings....More

This charming C17th detached farmhouse, is situated in 7-acres of private grounds in deepest Northumberland, with stunning views of the Rede Valley and situated on the edge of the great Keilder Forest and set in the More darkest part of the Gold Tier International Dark Sky Park, perfect for Astonomers and Star Gazers and only 12 miles from Kielder Observatory and Park. Outdoor pursuits are a huge attraction in the area and a favourite location for walkers and adverture seekers with The The Pennine Way passing next to the property. An ideal base for friends and family to get together for holidays or special occassions. The property comprises a large, well equipped Farmhouse Kitchen, Family Dining Room and large comfortable Lounge while upstairs there are 5 bedrooms (offering a mix of double and twin rooms) 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom/shower.
