The double room I stayed in was spacious, clean and very quiet. The facilities were good, wi fi, tea and coffee, Byron bay cookies, soap and hand cream. The room is just like the pictures. 5 min walk to The Farm and Ewingsdale Hall. The owner was very help and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

The 2 Units owned by Roz and Nic are only 10 minutes from Byron Bay. The rooms are clean, tidy and have a modern ( Ikea!) decor. The Kitchen area provides a microwave, crockery and cutlery as well as kettle, toaster and fridage. There is also a BBQ with tabe and chairs under a shaded outside area.

The bathroom was good, however there were no complimentary toiletries and the towels were a little on the small side.

The location is great, surrounded by peacfull countryside away from the sometimes overly hectic nearby Byron Bay. For a short stay visintg the area these untis are excellant value for money and a pleasure to stay in.

I loved this place. Roz is an amazing host , the location is fantastic, the place is beautiful, comfortable and absolutely
perfect !! You have wifi , ac/heater , tv, god this was an absolute heaven for me. And, could be a nice honeymoon getaway too!!
I visited Byron off season cause I wanted peace and quiet and that's what I got. Everything was spectacular. I spent twenty days riding a bike as my mode of transportation.(you will need transportation, bike or car or scooter is necessary as its at the end of a road) it's located in Ewingsdale and Byron is 5k from this spot and so is Belongil beach. On the way to the beach you will find an IGA supermarket with everything you'll need. (The street where BP gas is ) You're also close to Bun coffee where you can get a nice cup of coffee and buy their freshly brewed local coffee as well. If you have a car youll be five mins from Bangalow, the expressway is two minutes from the studio. When you visit Bangalow make sure to stop at Utopia Cafe best cappuccino in town, desserts are amazing!! I will revisit Byron many times over and this will always be my hideaway. Clean, comfortable , perfect, perfect, perfect!! Thank You Roz !!
Roz is helpful, hospitable, will go out of her way to help or resolve anything. I highly recommend this place, is just the best little spot in town. One last thing check out the Ewingsdale coffee is delicious...!!!
I love this town, city and country..

Such a nice little room with everything you need for a stay. Loved that it is away from the busy Byron Bay, only a 5 minute drive into town and right next to the freeway which makes it very easy to visit the neighbouring towns. Will be recommending it to family and friends for their own travels.

We stayed in March 2012 for a few lovely quiet days. Our surrounds were beautiful and we had the place to ourselves. Great base close to Byron, Bangalow and the beautiful hinterland. Absolutely georgeous gardens and the rooms spotless.
Just the two studios which are perfect for two couples going away - we'll come back with friends next time.
Thanks Roz and Nick.

We stayed for a quick get away. Location really suited us near Byron but not in the middle of the madness. Situated between Bangalow and Byron it made for a perfect rural stay, quiet and because it was not peak time we had the place to ourselves. Thanks Roz and Nick for an affordable break.

we just stayed at Studio 2 for one week of peace and bliss. every photo on the website is 100% !! all you need is transport and food....we hired bikes and used the local paths each day to town. the studios are on a lovely country road surrounded by hills, goats, historic old town hall and church right off the Pacific Highway. excellent value, very clean and modern. extremely comfortable..air conditioned with a great bbq hut for cooking as well as microwave. landscaping is perfect and gorgeous. there is a local IGA 15min bike ride or 5min drive and access to several uncrowded beaches off Ewingsdale road to town. it is easy to navigate -there is only one road to Byron. thanks to our hosts who also helped us with airport drop and pickup ! Deborah and Andy

Located in the residential area, 5 mins drive to the town. There are 2 units to let within the owners compound. The decor is modern and looks exactly like the photos on their website. It's a little difficult to find as it's off the main road but once you find it, the rest are easy and that shouldn't put you off this beautiful place.

It has a small pantry area with kettle, fridge and a microwave, with the crockery and cutlery. The bed is comfortable and has a nice shower place. I'll stay here again if I visit Byron Bay again!

"Two studios next to each other and both identical, parking for visitors. If you know Pacific Highway and Byron there is only one road between them : Ewingsdale Road and the landmark to find it is the old Ewingsdale church which everyone local seems to know. We even had pizza delivered!"
