We stayed here 2 nights as we did the tongariro crossing. It was clean and hygienic. The staff were all professional and friendly, knew all the history of the area and was clearly very passionate. Would recommend this place to anyone in the area
If you are looking for relaxing break with a difference this is it. Character filled and while rustic rather than 5 star comfy beds with crisp clean sheets and soft white towels and an atmosphere where a group of friends or a family can enjoy time together. Plenty of space activities for children and a bubbling spa. Lots to do. We biked one day and went walking another and laughed our way thru the evening murder mystery offered by the hosts. An Intersting art collection in town at the Old Bank and great coffee and food at Cafe Louise
Incredible time down at snowy waters, booked out by a group of us. Fantastic facilities, friendly staff and a superb location. Highly recommendable and would without a doubt be back for another stay!!
This weekend, we have had the privilege of staying at Snowy Waters Lodge as part of a wedding party. Sandy the owner and her team worked super hard to make the best day happen for the bride and groom. The Lodge was very comfortable and had plenty of rooms for everyone. Our room was clean and comfortable and this was a super place for family and friends to come together and celebrate. Thanks Sandy and her team.
