Oak room suite was lovely bed very comfortable and big, the spa bath was amazing. Only think is they need to sort out the breakfast. It was lovely wen it turned up that is. Having to wait for things to be cooked long queues. People was getting fed up. this was on both occasions that we had breakfast.
Over the last 6 months I have stayed in several rooms at Park Farm hotel - 33/36/23/45/51/18 every room is different and all are very generous. A standard classic room here is an expensive room anywhere else! The furnishings are sumptuous, most have walk in shower and jacuzzi bath. Separate seating areas … it’s not just a bedroom when you’re away from home. The food is of a very high standard. The staff here are absolutely amazing people and nothing is too much trouble. It’s rare to find a hotel that offers so many facilities - leisure, spa… relax. I absolutely love this hotel and would highly recommend a stay… you won’t be disappointed at all. Thank you everyone who makes my stay a most enjoyable one
Me, my partner and my parents had an overnight stay to celebrate mine and my mums birthday. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely receptionist called Jessica. She was very friendly and professional, she made us feel so welcome. As its near Christmas, the place was beautifully decorated. My partner and I had a room on the courtyard which was very cosy, clean and spacious! My parents had a room in the barn which was gorgeous! Our rooms were also very close to each other which was a bonus. We had a few drinks in the bar area which was very cosy and inviting! There were plenty of choice for drinks, lots of different gins so great for gin drinkers like me. We then had a meal in the Seasons Restaurant which was outstanding from the food to service! The waiter’s/waitresses were very friendly and attentive. The following morning we had breakfast which was fantastic. There was so much variety! The staff again were so welcoming and attentive. We used the leisure facilities (swimming pool, sauna, steam room etc) which was very relaxing and just what we needed! I simply cannot fault this place. It was amazing start to finish! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends/couples and we will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff and especially Jessica for making our stay one to remember! :)…
Had my party at last in October after having to wait for nearly 2 years due to coronavirus. This obviously no fault of Park Farm. My party was great success apart from the buffet or lack of it. The food was nice but unfortunately not much of it. I paid £16 a head and expected everyone to have enough to eat. A lot of people who were at my party have said food was nice but skimpy. Also one thing I ordered was not available on night and they did replace it with something else but nobody even let me know. I have complained to Park Farm and they have given me a two for tea voucher which I have accepted but several friends said I shouldn't let it go as it did ruin my night. But I will say room was very nice and young lads on the bar very helpful and friendly Lesley
Dinner was very good, the staff lovely, the room was large and comfortable (even a little garden), breakfast was very good, parking was plentiful, the pool facilities also very good. Our only slight gripe was having to go outside to get to the room, though fortunately it wasn't raining at the times we had to get to and from the room to the dining room, reception etc. We choose the hotel for its proximity to where we were visiting (Classic Team Lotus workshop) - the right choice, as we really enjoyed our stay.
