On the recommendation of our travel consultant, we had the pleasure of visiting the spa at Le Phare Bleu Villa, which was absolutely stunning. Tucked away in a lush, meticulously maintained garden, the spa was surrounded by nature, with birds and wildlife adding to the serene atmosphere. Upon arrival, the friendly staff welcomed us with a refreshing cup of natural tea. The spa's decor was elegant and well-maintained, creating a calming and euphoric ambiance. The massage itself was outstanding, combining the techniques of both Tibetan and Swedish styles for a truly relaxing experience. It was definitely a full experience!
The spa is pricey, and ranges up to $300 for a full 80 min massage.

After a day of river tubing and swimming in waterfalls we visited this restaurant with 5 teenagers aged 15-19. I have been in Grenada for almost a month and can say hands down this was the best service we have had. Friendly, relaxed, timely and very helpful. It was 3 for 2 on pizzas (Tuesday special) and we had 3 pizzas , 2 popcorn chicken, jerk tacos and a burger. All the food was lovely but my fries were a little cold. The side of mac and cheese was huge and delicious! I have a hire car so we drive there and the position is a little remote but perfect for sea swimming and the kids enjoyed the small pool too which they were welcome to use . The teenagers said it was their favourite venue so far and have asked to return before we go home so given how hard teenagers are to please ….

The absolutely best restaurant we found on the island. The mac n cheese was to die for! There is also a bakery that had an unbelievable selection of fresh baked pastries and breads, a deli that had a meat and sausage selection that is unheard of in Grenada.

We have visited this property in the past but understood there were new owners and we wanted to check it out.
First stop we checked out the businesses that have moved into the property (see separate reviews for them). It is nice that the new owners are trying to establish a bit more of a community - similar to what we see at home at ski resorts like Sun Peaks and Silver Star.
Property is clean, staff is polite, attentive and provided good service.
We enjoyed a late lunch one day at the newly rebranded Tropical Tavern and then returned for their Friday night live music event on the lightship - which was really lovely.
Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 was that we have not stayed on the property so can’t speak to the rooms.

Nice little hidden spot with a lovely vibe and smaller marina.. has cottage like accommodations, laundry, code shop, small market, and the affiliated restaurant.
There were 6 of us and everyone seemed pleased with their selections. To I thought I requested fried shrimp but apparently my brain and mouth weren’t properly working cuz I ended up with fried fish nuggets.. they were good but not what I thought I ordered. My hub said his hamburger was so so.. service was fine and not a bad place to linger looking over the water

Villas are nice and clean with a very comfortable bedroom, the place is very peaceful. Rooms are made up every other day, verandhas are lovely and relaxing. The beaches are small and not very pleasant, the one to the left appears nice on the sand but when you go out to knee level you are wading through dark sloppy mud! The one to the right is overgrown with seaweed. The restaurant is ok but service is generally not over friendly and slow, we waited 90 minutes for a very poor pizza! Sometimes the reception staff were helpful but at other times they hardly acknowledged that you were there!

We stayed in the property in one of their oceanfront villas. It was truly such a spectacular stay. The grounds and gardens are very well kept. The room was a dream, very romantic, and you feel like your are really away from the world. The restaurant provides delicious food throughout the day. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Above all, Christine and Devin really go above and beyond to make sure that everything is running smoothly and that their guests are having a great time. There is a lightship boat in the property that has entertainment on the weekends with live music and open bars. It was such a great vacation, and I would love to go back. Highly recommend if you are needing to go to a paradise, relax, and disconnect for a little while. Thank you Devin and Christine for making this stay so incredible. I look forward to going back.

We had a garden villa which was comfortably appointed and we enjoyed our stay overall but there were a few issues which could easily be put right. The bed was comfortable, but the bedroom was very dark and without a great deal of accessible storage. The outside seating area was attractive and comfortable. However, the kitchen was not particularly well equipped/maintained, eg no bottle opener available and there was no plug in the sink, which was a challenge washing up. Had to ask for a hair dryer as none available when we arrived. We did enjoy our meals at the restaurant. The location is remote and quiet and you really need a car here. Beach and swimming not great compared with other beaches on Grenada.

We have stayed here many times and it never fails to amaze me how beautiful, peaceful and fun this place can be. The cottages are appointed nicely and the team here are incredibly hard working and friendly. We love it here like a second home.
There is a Meat and Meet on site for groceries, a wonderful cafe, a fantastic restaurant, laundry facilities, spa, hair salon and store. What else could you possibly need?? Highly recommended

We chose to hire a car for a week. However be careful because drivers and roads are not too good! A driver went into the back of our car and we were left with the bill for the damage as we had not been offered crash cover and the driver left the scene. We didn't know we had to call the police so we got stung.beware! The restaurant is nice and short menu of local style food. Very friendly people I'm sure they could prepare something nice for children! Enjoy your holiday and hire a driver.
Hi Lisa,
Thanks for writing us. We are excited to have you stay with us.
Of course in the Caribbean we have mosquitos however no worse than anywhere else. Mainly at dusk and dawn not during the day. All our bedrooms are closed off with mosquito nets and air conditioning so we typically suggest just keep your bedroom doors closed all the time. That is what I do! Yes we do have paddle boards you can use anytime on a first come first serve basis. No our rates are room only so breakfast is not included. Yes, we have lots of parking and your villa in particular as a spot right in front of your front door. No worries at all about all the questions!
Safe travels see you tomorrow!
Christine
Hello Devan, thanks for the question. We do not serve breakfast anymore due to our transition to a vacation rental.
The on-site restaurant is open for dinner from 6:30pm to 9pm.
