I was looking for a hotel near Stuttgart and had to search for quite some time to find something suitable. Many low cost hotels are not worth a penny. This hotel has really good price-performance. The rooms are clean. The size is good enough. Breakfast is in a separate restaurant across the street. The Breakfast was good with fresh bread and all what is usual in german hotels.

The hotel was very clean, the staff very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was more than adequate and the breakfast room is very typical German in its decor. The room was of a good size, the only minor issue is that the shower cubicle is a bit of a tight fit and you can easily catch the taps which can make you jump !

The hotel has a rustic interior which I like very much. We were in a room across the street and what I value the most is a cleanliness. Stuttgart is around 10 km far, so if you are traveling by car it is a good spot.The breakfast didn't kick me (it was okay for a small hotel). Bathrooms are equipped with showers. This are the basics I think about the most. :)

The hotel must be on the busiest street in the area. Good room but with cars, trucks, motorcycles, buses, taxis and tractors racing by your window to go to work every 5 seconds. My room was in the newer annex, 2 meters from the street and you waited in bed listening for the next car to come zooming by, hoping there will be a pause between so you can try to fall asleep. Can not imagine it in the Summer months and should have stayed at home leaving at 003:00AM instead.

It is a nice and clean hotel but I didn't had a good experience since I got a lot of problem to set the water temperature in the shower. Also this hotel has the WORST internet connexion I have ever seen in my entire life.

We stayed three nights - a nice room in the 'annex' across the street, a great breakfast, with the best coffee anywhere on our trip through southern Germany. From here we visited family in the Remstal, took the train in to Stuttgart to the Opera, and went twice to over the hill to our beloved Esslingen am Neckar. Vineyards everywhere!
