I was in hotel for 2 days with dinner and breakfast package. Staff are so helpful and check Inn was smooth as well as check out . Speacial thanks to Rubi and Kundan from front office for allowing us early check Inn. Room was neat and clean food was delivered in room so fast and was delicious you can may try achari paneer tikka awesome taste it was. Roof top lounge where you can hang out in evening. For for sure I will recommend everyone.

We stayed at this lovely little hotel situated in Zirkpur with easy access to Airport. Rooms are of decent size with all modern amenities. Pros: Staff is very well mannered and polite. All Covid Safety measures are being followed Room is of decent size with utmost cleanliness Roof Top bar and restaurant with lovely setup Excellent food with great choices in buffet dinner
Cons: its right in the middle of a busy area so it might get noisy during the day time but not a big deal.

Very poor management, rude behaviour, unprofessional services, uncleaned room, stinky washroom, no toiletries, stinky bed sheet.
I checked in today for the first time in this hotel. After travelling 9 hours wanted to take shower and rest for few hours. But the irony is the room was not ready. It took 20 minutes to allocate the room.
When I checked into the room there was no toiletries inside the washroom even there was no towels. I called front desk and ask them to provide toiletries and towels. After 20 minutes housekeeping came to my room with one hand towel and one dental kit. I asked the person why there is no towel inside the room and the response was hilarious "Sir we give toiletries and towels on request" then I requested the person to get the towels and toiletries and I believe he forgot my request. Anyways I left the hotel without taking shower as i was getting late for the meeting. I left the hotel around 2:30 PM and I came back to the hotel by 8:30 PM. There was no towel no toiletries by then. I went down to the lobby to make request for towel and toiletries. It took almost 6 hours to get towel and toiletries.
This is pathetic. Hotel like Regenta treating customers like OYO clients. I mean OYO has better standard then Regenta. The behaviour of the staff was rude . They promise something which they never fullfil. I am sure they don't even see these feedbacks to improve the service.
Worst experience and worst stay ever. I am afraid they are following any protocol provided by the government as they gave us room which was checkout on the same day. Ideally it should keep vacant for 24 hours before giving it to other customer.
Will not recommend this hotel to anyone and I am sure me and my entire team will visit this hotel again ever

I am disappointed ☹️ with the services and stay at regenta zirakpur. There was no water in the room to drink and it was the hottest june month, There were no towels in the bathroom, even after my repeated requests for providing me a towel, no one bothered to provide one, thank God i was carrying one with myself from home. I ordered for 2 cups of tea and they gave me just one cup of tea ☕️...The room floor was not clean and was all sticky and was sticking to the feet... The power socket was not working and i could not plug 🔌 and charge my laptop... There was no toilet paper in the washroom
Today was the first time I brought my wife along with me for a night out so we could have a good time together and a comfortable stay, however it was all ruined, and thanks to regenta zirakpur…
I even escalated and wrote my concern to the general manager of the hotel and other managers and staff however it was all to deaf ears …. I am very Dissatisfied and disappointed with this hotel and their hospitality and professionalism.. i will not at all recomend this hotel to anyone for stay else they will suffer as well and will repent their decesion to stay in regenta as i did.. Choose another diffrent hotel as zirakpur is full if better and in budget hotel with better services to stay…

We visited in the month of January 2023, we booked deluxe room from Agoda but later felt that the room was smaller as we were 3 adults and a child. We requested the staff for an upgrade and Mr. Ajay was very kind enough to give us an upgrade to the executive room and that too free of cost. The extra bed arranged for the third adult was also super comfortable with a thick matress. Other than this the breakfast was also very delicious and we had variety of cuisines to choose from. They also packed milk and some snacks for our 3 year old kid. We also urgently needed some printout which was immediately arranged by the staff. I would suggest the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Chandigarh.

We had stayed there with a group of 54 guests on a Rotary Tour Visiting Chandigar. The The room keys and all was sorted out by the hotel even before we arrived. The lobby is welcoming but a little cramped up. The rooms are neat clean and comfortable. And any housekeeping requests are immidietly resolved. We were to order Ala Carte the afternoon we arrived.The restaurant Ala Carte section is a let down, let down not because of the quality of food but because of the delay in taking the orders and a long wait for putting the food on the table. But out buffet for our dinner and our breakfast the next day was well managed. The spread was good and well replenished, the Nanns, Rotis and Parathas were served at your table as per the request. If you are booking this hotel to visit Chandigarh then this is a bad choice, as this is a good 45 minutes from the city. Over all the Team at this hotel did a good job in handling the group. This is the first time I stayed here in Regenta Central Classic. First thing i noticed about the hotel was Staffs.. Everyone was very presentable and got impressed with the way they show the respect. Foods are little expensive but affordable . What ever I ordered, the taste was awesome. The best part I liked about the hotel was, Room Service guy knocked the door and asked me about my stay and enquired if I need anything from Room Services. That was really a very nice way of customer satisfaction. And also I must say, you will find almost all staffs with the smiling faces.
Special thanks to Ms. Priyanka and Mr. Hemant Lima from the House keeping team . They are really very sweet and kind. Thanks again..

Great ambience. Soothing and refreshing experience. We were given early check in without any question. Rooms were quite spacious, neat and clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. Covid measure are taken utmost care, for ex there is toothpick outside lift.
