I know this motel to be a AAA once upon a time, but it certainly is not now. Damp, smelly, mouldy and a lot of tired and damaged elements which do not cut it when you are charging fully commercial rates. Time for a complete revamp of this place or turn it into a doss house. Could not recommend to others.

Motel owners over charged us, and tried to avoid refunding what they owed us. There are dogs living in a couple of the rooms and when I went to use the washing machine, it had pet hair all around the inside of it. The premises were not clean or up-kept and I did not enjoy the stay or service. We definitely will not return.

Worst motel I’ve ever set foot in. People need to know that there are a lot of Winz people staying there and a few seem to be permanent. There is a lot of mould in the bathrooms. It is very surprising that they are still allowed to be open. The mould is a health hazard. The shower made you feel dirtier than before you get in it. The bathroom stunk. Absolutely disgusting. The duvet cover had terrible stains all over it. Hair under our pillows. We had to sleep with clothes over our pillows and in our own blankets. Debated sleeping the dogs in the motel and us sleeping in the car. Even then felt to dirty for the dogs. Stains were everywhere. They also had no fire alarms!!!!! The iron was broken. The hair dryer was melted. Nothing is like what it shows online. The only positive is you are allowed your dogs in the motel and the man running it was lovely.

Triple AAA rating is unbelievable. Size of TV is unbelievable. Furnishings unbelievable - tatty, tired, curtains off rails. The tariff charged was unbelievable for the standard of accomodation. Bathroom had unbelievable odour. Wifi charge was unbelievable. But the bed was comfortable.

Arrived later in the afternoon. Couldn't even get a park space outside our room. Walked in and very old and dirty looking. Could do with a complete revamp as there was a broken window in the bathroom, a light didnt work, the fridge was broken, the toilet was peeling and dirty looking, the towels both had big black marks on them and looked grey dirty and bath mat frayed to tatters, no hooks to hang clothes on...they sat on the toilet, the shower was dirty to look at and the water did not drain away and toiletries were left floating and water nearly overflowed onto the floor. The wifi that we asked about would not could not connect, but I suppose we were entertained by the parties of people smoking and yelling outside our room til 2 am in the morning and background music of the train most of the night. When we rang the owner to complain he hung up on us so hence the bad reiview. We paid $165.00 for a night and were running to get out the door in the morning....take my advise dont stay here.

The is the very worst motel I have ever been to. Tried to arrange an early check in 9 10pm) as the wedding was at 11. Rang several times but phone never got answered. Arrived at motel and 12 asked if we could check in and the Owner/Manager burst out laughing.. I told him I tried to ring earlier but there was no reply. his response was that he was cleaning toilets and fixing things that people broke. Any way he said we were in room 23 and I said we would go and grab some lunch and be back soon. When we cam back Manager was no where to be seen but the door to Room 23 was open so I looked in to see if cleaning had been finished and there was another couple in there unpacking. The Manager turned up and we both asked what was going on, he said he thought the man was with me despite the fact he had a wife and we both have different names. So he gave us the disabled room at the Corporate rate which was $160.00.. the room was very tired and the bathroom stunk of Urine it was disgusting. The cushions had stains on them, the plug in the bathroom wasn't working, the cutlery draw fell onto the floor when I pulled it out. I went out the ranch slider which was off the lounge part and there was dog poo on the lawn and the gardens where full of weeds. The ONLY reason we stayed here was we didn't have time to go somewhere else as the wedding was fast approaching. NEVER again will I stay in this disgusting Motel and have to deal with the Faulty Towers Manager running the place.

Basic but fine. A little overpriced maybe. Being pet friendly makes it very much worth it. Suited the little dog just fine. Outside area which was fenced. Comfy for us also. Everything in the room that we needed.

It was quite clean and had a brilliant shower - ultra modern and worked well. Things that surprised us though: Milk supplied in a small open jug that had to be carried up the stairs; no electric blankets - haven't seen that in a motel for longer than I can remember; nothing worked until manually plugged in &/or switched on at the wall - e.g. tv, microwave, bedside lamp; latch on balcony door almost falling off; only 2 of 3 lights over kitchen bench worked; no Sky TV, even though advertised; very small TV compared to most places; advertised indoor pool was "Summer-time only"; very noticeable chunk broken out of toilet seat cover. One pleasant surprise I guess: wifi was free on request even though notice in room listed quite steep charges. It would have been even better if we'd been given the password at check-in like most places do.

Arrogant night watchman that felt the need to belittle me because I told him the tv didn’t work. Apparently you are supposed to know that there is a power point hidden behind curtains. These days they turn on by remote. That was followed up by bedside lamp and alarm clock that are there for decoration. No power point to plug them into. Stained material thrown over sofa. No milk in fridge. Freeze in fridge has no door, don’t think the fridge even works. Curtains hanging from track and so it goes on. Don’t do it. It’s a shocker and it cost &160 a night. Never again.
