This is a combined review of Novotel resort and imagica.
About Novotel:
Resort is very well built, it has all modern amenities one would require, staff is polite and nice. But service is slow, yes it is slow. Rooms are nice and spacious. My check in was lightening fast special thanks to Mr. Shakur shabbir. Rooms were well maintained thank you anil and nikhil, these guys did there job well. are other joints nearby, like imSamrudhi Was very helpful and guided me for booking imagica tickets from resort itself.
Breakfast is the star attraction, especially the irolic parade made my child's day. Spread is awesome. Taste wise it's awesome and lip smacking. Food overall is very expensive but hygienic. Thereagica food court or harshali restaurant. You can visit here for lunch or dinner.

India's finest adventure Park. I visited only theme park and not water park or snow park. Water park as it was cold so chucked it. And snow park has many negative reviews like unhygienic socks and coats so chucked it too.

Amazingly built and managed. All the staff is service oriented and humble.

1. Drink ample water ( though outside water is not allowed and inside the park packaged drinking water is costly).
2. Hire a buggy ( saves time and energy)
Special thanks to Mr. Vishal patil our rider who was a amazing guide.
Visit here depends on the day you are visiting if weekdays it's always better weekends or holiday lot of rush and waiting.

Imagica Adlabs has a package for one night stay and park visits, However, If you ask me, it really looks tiring just by reading the Itinerary. With kids along, I was looking forward to have rejuvinating weekend and I decided to call Novotel directly to check If they can help me with anything.
Here begins the experience that I would say, I have not experienced in a very long time...I spoke to Harip, who provided me with a deal which looked quite reasonable, On understanding my requirement, he threw in a better deal for two nights stay with comfortable check in and check out timings.
It was deal better then any third party portal.
Check in was smoothest check in I have had at any 4-5* hotel in such a long time time...Himanshu at reception made my check in extremely smooth and it was quick.
It takes deep sense from one's side to understand how to make guest's stay comfortable,which I found in Himanshu.
Without telling he upgraded my reservation to bigger room with 2 queen size beds and all he said was ' Your stay has to be comfortable'.
Throughout my stay I got chance to interact with loads of staff and trust me it has been great experience.
If I speak of food, the buffet has huge variety and you definitely find something that suits your taste.They have parade at breakfast time which accomodates birthday celebrations with all the guest with complementary cake from their end...I was lucky to have been able to enjoy that courtesies as well.
Staff is so courteous, I can't describe.
Shimla was female who very generously took care of the kids while I had food.
Such nice female.
Joydeep another fine gentleman who suggested dishes and ensured service for all my food sessions.
Jyoti, Kajol at guest relations too kept checking regularly that my stay was comfortable and I had no inconvenience.
Technically, I was pampered to no extent.
One female who I would like to mention is Priyanka Thapa who was extremely well spoken and courteous and greeted me everytime, I passed by.
I was allowed a early checkin and late checkout completely out of courtesy and request was happily accomodated.
Room services are extremely quick.
Cleanliness is extremely of high standard.
Peace, Privacy and decorum is completely maintained.
I definitely look forward to my next visit and recommend this place for stay with family.

Excellent service was provided by Subhamoy and Jaydeep who helped us through our breakfast and dinner. The restaurant was in absolute hygienic condition and the staff followed social distancing. The rooms are ok but the staff is very helpful they are courteous and ready to help.
the resort is full of people from corporate event and they give out the poolside for parties and also loud music which is a little disturbing considering I could hear the music till the top floor .
Food menu needs to be worked on it is already very small and falling short of options . Half the things are not available Why put it in the menu like prawns pastas ( only pene was available ) and even pizza was not available during the tenure of my stay.
I had asked for a shower cap and I was told they do not keep it due to plastic ban but plastic bag is available for laundry haha later I can’t to know at the reception upon asking that they are out of shower caps and not due to the ban of plastics haha.

We were there in the property for a family vacation from the 28th Dec to the 31st Dec and we need to thank the staff there for completely ruining our family vacation. The room service is pathetic as just to serve a vegetable and 5 pieces of bread, they would take over 50 minutes, despite the fact that within 20 minutes of tours placing the order, someone will call to inform you that your order is on the way!
Should you raise your concern, you would get to see and witness the ugliest side of this hotel, it’s staff and management. Should you demand to meet their GM, anyone who is suited will be passed on as the GM and the suited person also will show the audacity of introducing himself as one! Who better can explain this unprofessional and unethical practice than Rohit and Nilesh! What day both of you??
As a vindictive approach and to humiliate you, at the time of checking out, they would pass on other guests bills to your room and humiliate you and make you look like a cheat in front of other guests. What is intriguing is that even there F&B manager would not know where the bill came from; mind you - the bill would contain some signature reading “received” and a room number scribbled and then overwritten as your room number. What a modus-operandi!

For your money’s worth, better to stay at Lonavla or Khandala and travel for a visit to the theme parks. At least you would stand assured of a far better service experience.

So we had booked 3 rooms for 3 families for 3 nights as we stepped in the hotel around 2pm (as that’s their check in time) there was no welcome greet, no welcome drink, no staff to guide. We were waiting in a queue for almost 3 hours to get checked in. The rooms are okay when it comes to cleanliness ambience and comfort. Make sure to grab a towel before going to to the swimming pool as you might have to wait for an hour to get one later. The kids play room is very pathetic with hardly any toys. The gym is very well maintained with lots of equipment. If possible pls to try get a corner rooms because there is no carpet flooring on the passage lobby hence it’s too noisy most of the times ( kids running , room service trolley, people talking ). Secondly all the rooms are interconnected without soundproofing so there will be time when you can listen conversations as well smell the food from your neighbouring room. Overall it was a bad experience when it comes to good night sleep as well in room dining. The thing I liked about the hotel is food as well kids friendly game room with lots of activity for kids as well family throughout the day. The food is top notch. Too many varieties in buffet breakfast , dinner and every day the menu is different. Even if your planning for a day trip to Imagica I would highly recommend to have breakfast/ dinner at the Novotel Hotel.

The hotel I would categorise as a hotel only not a resort kind facilities a 5 star ideally should have.
Inside everything is there. But outside lacks landscaping.
With regards to food absolutely upto the expectation.
However I find it a little weird when I got a reverse call from the kitchen taking a plea kids snacks is chargeable. When they were told as per Imagica all inclusive policy, all time kids snacking is free & ours is a tiny 23 months, then they agreed upon.
This kind of thing should be easily avoided if admin gives a proper feedback to kitchen.
Secondly housekeeping is pretty slow. Due to current period a client can't even ask for 😊. Basic in room facilities like toiletry kits & room slippers should be accommodated well before check-in of the guests which was not there.

Inside everything is there. But outside lacks landscaping.
With regards to food absolutely upto the expectation.
However I find it a little weird when I got a reverse call from the kitchen taking a plea kids snacks is chargeable. When they were told as per Imagica all inclusive policy, all time kids snacking is free & ours is a tiny 23 months, then they agreed upon.
This kind of thing should be easily avoided if admin gives a proper feedback to kitchen.
Secondly housekeeping is pretty slow. Due to current period a client can't even ask for 😊. Basic in room facilities like toiletry kits & room slippers should be accommodated well before check-in of the guests which was not there.

Very poor management at the hotel. We regretted coming to this hotel right from checking in. It took us hour and half just for checkin. In room service is very slow and they did not bother to send the requested stuff. Every time we need something we had to call twice,. seems that hotel does not entertain single request unless you don’t request multiple times they don’t care. We requested water bottles and hotel did not bother to send the water till next day, at the end I had to go down and get it myself. Providing water is basic thing that hotel should care about, water is an essential thing not some luxury. Tolileteries provided were half than that a usual 3-star hotel would provide, again did not want to request for it because at the end I only had to go and it as they don’t bother to send the guests request to room. Rooms were good. Nothing much to do in hotel or around. B’fast spread was good, thankfully they managed the crowd. ill informed staff, during checkin they informed wrong timings for B’fast. Worth going to this hotel only if Imagica is functional.

The hotel is extremely noisy with noise from other floors can be heard inside the room.
the rooms are extremely dirty, smelly and overall maintenence of the property is extremely poor, including the fact that approach road to property is broken and no one seems to care.
the food is just avarage, for 1 night stay, i couldn't find a single bite with taste and nutrition.
the housekeeping service is extremely horrible with the fact that they don'tseem to be wanting to make up room aftersomeone'scheck outand also the practise of cleaning room atleast once everyday seems to be missing for the hotel, the checkin / checkout lines are never ending and check in staff is slow, hopeless and inexperienced.
the facilities & activities in the hotel are all broken and or not working and yet they expect money for the smallest possible thing.
In recent times, when there are so many hotels and properties coming up, this by far has been the worst stay experience especially from Accor group who has a global experience with hundreds of properties.

The staff make the stay much better.
The staff is expertly trained, from reception to housekeeping. Very professional, informed and welcoming.
Special mention to Ms Monalisa
Room was super clean and had a nice view
All covid protocols are strictly adhered to with sanitizers placed inside the lifts too
Had ordered green thai curry for dinner and it was amazing
breakfast was huge & absolutely a lavish spread.
Highly recommend and will visit again soon.
