Great location right in the middle of the boutique shops. The rooms were new so fresh, nice big bed, free under cover secure parking, and a small deck. Very clean, friendly staff. Great restaurant below, and wine bar.

It was such a special occasion, we had such a lovely wedding day that was so special and thought why not splash out for a lovely hotel for our first night as a married couple. The price was very steep but thought for the given occasion we would pay it just this once. The staff at the hotel were fabulous in terms of communication when it came to organising a late check in due to the wedding finishing time. Because our wedding was on a public holiday the hotel had a two night minimum stay but informing the staff as to why we only wanted it for the one night it wasn't a problem which was great. Hotel was clean and tidy which is always important for me. What surprised and dissappointed me the most was the lack of thought from the staff. They knew it was our wedding day, and I would have thought that a hotel of that standard and price would have had a complimentary bottle of champagne waiting for us on arrival. It would have been a nice finishing touch to what was a beautiful day. Because of this, I wouldn't reccomended this hotel to anyone that was requiring a nice hotel for a special occasion.

A large, bright room with soundproofing and blackout curtains. Check-in and out was efficient and underground parking is available. Everything in the village is in walking distance with a variety of shops and eating places.

Great stay, in a lovely spacious room with a balcony. Very clean, quiet and easy parking. Walking distance to everything in Havelock North. Really nice to see re-usable body wash/shampoo product containers in the rooms too - much less plastic waste. The team were very friendly, and although we didn't dine there, the restaurant looked great. We did use the Tesla destination charger downstairs, which had been kindly coned off for our use.

Stayed here for 3 nights over the New Year Holiday. Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff mate for a quick effortless checkin. Room was luxurious and spacious. Nice little deck for a drink, bathroom was clean and modern. Good parking underneath hotel. Right in town, so an easy walk to bars and restaurants. The on-site restaurant called Malo was good, a bit pricey but don’t mind paying for good food and cocktails. Would definitely stay here again next time In Town
