This new hotel is just beyond the little island with COWS Creamery as you enter from the Confederation Bridge. There’s a gas station, car wash and Tim Hortons next door. It’s a short drive to downtown.

There are a few suites at the end of each floor, which I recommend for the spacious floor plan. Breakfast is typical for a Hampton-perfectly fine. Staff were friendly, parking is abundant and free.

Note that rooms facing the back overlook home backyards (awkward) and apartments, but are quieter than facing the main road.

This is our go-to place to stay in Charlottetown because of 3 main reasons:
1) Great pet policy! Our dogs love staying here
2) Newer hotel - very classy and clean
3) Beds are comfortable

We are very impressed with the level of care that the staff pay attention to. Rooms have lots of space (especially King suite) and very comparable to hotels in the downtown core. Close to a lot of amenities and a short drive to downtown.

Five minutes from the airport and a few hundred meters from the Trans Canada Highway #1. Far enough not to hear it but close enough to travel from the next day. The hotel was very clean and the reception helpful. They also have a good variety of items available if necessary, such as, snacks, beverages, toiletries, water, etc....at the reception. Room was very large and comfortable. modern bathroom and comfortable bed. The complimentary breakfast was basic and the muffins were dry and from a prepackaged cake mix. Everything else was spot on. Would I return? Yes for all business trips. If on vacation I would probably choose something closer to the city core and boardwalk.

Stayed here 3 nights. Close to highways and access to roads. Gas station right beside hotel. Rooms clean and front staff very helpful. Pool was basic and water was cloudly. Includes breakfast which was decent. One big nice plus - is they have a water fountain in the lobby (the sensor isn't that great, but you can refill your water bottle). They had laundry facilities - but it is only 1 washer and 1 dryer ($2 each, and you can buy a small box of Tide from the front desk for $2). Overall, very comfortable stay and great location. Would recommend to families.

One night was enough. The room was spacious but not exceptionally clean. Definitely had a funky odour mostly coming from the carpet. It looked filthy. We were on a dog floor but 4th floor with dogs is not great. The walls and doors are very thin. We could hear ppl in their rooms talking/tv’s and definitely could hear dogs barking incessantly. Ppl leave their dogs alone in the rooms at this hotel. So if you have a high energy dog like ours that ‘alerts’ to loud noises or other dogs barking. Don’t stay here. Doors banging till almost 2200hrs. A completely stressed out dog. On the plus side there was a little field on the side of the building to play with the dogs. The rooms had large bottles of shampoo/conditioner mounted in the shower. Plenty of towels, a hairdryer, a microwave, fridge, a coffee machine. Lots of channels on the tv. Great air conditioner. Loads of electric plugs and usb plug ins. 👍🏻 oh and the free breakfast was really good as well.

We stayed here after having to unexpectedly cancel a camping trip due to inclement weather. We were pleasantly surprised by the property. It is large and clean. The room had everything we needed. Our son enjoyed the pool, and we appreciated the guest laundry facilities. Service was delivered with a smile.

There is lots of free parking and the location was convenient for going downtown and for heading to other parts of the Island.

While pricey (over $400/night), it is within the range of other comparable properties in PEI during the summer months. Would definitely recommend.

Our family with teen stayed over the Labour Day weekend.
The hotel appeared new, and maintained well. Free breakfast was still happening but in an easy take and go style. Staff gathered what you would like, from coffee to breakfast sandwiches and passed it out for you to sit or easily take to your room and eat.
The walls were definitely thin and although we have no complaints, I would hate to be there over a weekend with a large group of kids staying there.
Our room was not cleaned or tidied during our 2 night stay. I’m not sure if this was on purpose or accidental, but either way with the pandemic ongoing I was ok with no one entering our room during our stay and left it alone.
Good stay. Would recommend.

The building and rooms were quite nice and very clean. Staff were friendly and the breakfast in the morning was one of the best during our trip. However, we found the layout of the suite to be bizarre. The couch and beds were on opposite sides of the room facing each other, with the TV mounted on the wall perpendicular to both. The sink was located outside the washroom which usually isn't an issue, except for some reason the washroom light and sink light shared the same light switch, ensuring you could not use the washroom during the night without blasting the whole suite with light. Lastly, the mirrors were full of streaks and the wall was mildly damaged. All together these are very minor points of contention, but we feel they were exacerbated by the exceedingly high nightly rate. We would likely stay again in the future, but not at this price point.

Stayed while enjoying the island, always enjoy our stay. Location is easy access to Charlottetown amenities. Room was spacious allowing for family living on the island to visit without feeling of overcrowding.

I enjoyed the hotel and the employees. Free popcorn in lobby and good breakfast. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was big and could accommodate easily two people getting ready. You could hear others through the walls and door. I would recommend this hotel for a trip. The times were quiet between 10pm and 6am.
