Found the room clean and comfortable. Its greatest feature, however, is its central location downtown behind city hall. The contactless check in and check out worked well in these Covid times - and there was plenty of hand wash everywhere. If you’re staying there on a weekend, use the city hall underground parking close by - it’s much, much cheaper than the hotel’s parking.

Hotel's Favourite
My fiancé and I stayed at this hotel for a few days as part of a spontaneous trip to Toronto. Since we did not have a car, we pretty much had to walk everywhere. The hotel was SO central to everything and we were able to sight-see on foot. The room itself was amazing! We’ve never stayed at a Hilton hotel before, but we will definitely be back. The room was pristine. I am a former housekeeper of four years, so I know what is clean and what is not. The view was okay from our high-floor room - it was just other buildings and lots of construction. Fun times in Toronto! Cant wait to be back :-)

Terrible expensive breakfast… slow service of old fruit brought to you in plastic containers. At the “motel 8” level for $20. Restaurant has no bar and closes early. Many of the doors don’t close properly due to poor environmental conditions - damp swelling mold producing smell. It’s as if they gave up during COVID.

Almost choked when I saw that hotel claims to be offering all amenities as usual. On positive side, staff were pleasant and did their best. But no room clean up, no lounge or restaurant other than overpriced breakfast, no laundry service, had to ask for clean towels etc… I could go on. Understand that these are difficult times but hotel should be more upfront about this…..we had to find out ourselves.

I am OK with the Covid measures but I would expect from the Hotel to pick up the garbage or change the towels for clean ones from time to time, and I stayed for a week. Also, It was impossible to have breakfast at the restaurant because the staff was never ready to let us in
