We've stayed here numerous times in the past and this time was by far the worst!! No mini fridge in the room, the ac was broken and didn't work, the tv randomly turned on at 2:30am and than the remote to turn it off stopped working so we unplugged it. Our view was to be of a garden instead we got the front door of the hotel. The toilet tank ran the entire time we were there. The tiles around the shower were cracked and broken. The list goes on.. We paid over $200 for one night and it was not worth it. Won't be returning which is a shame because previously we have really enjoyed staying here..

I wanted to use the gym. Both treadmills were not working. I told front desk a few times but nothing was done. There was a couple stepping machines but neither worked. Electronic problems. We needed a microwave and fridge and the rooms have none of this. There was no cleaning of the Room due to Covid but no one came to pick up garbage or give us towels. It was self service. We needed a trolly for luggage and I had to go to all the floors via the elevator to find one. They charged 175 per night plus parking plus tax. For a sub standard room. They are not keeping the place up as I have stayed here for years. Wall paper falling off. There was something sticky on floor by elevator never cleaning in 6 night stay. I’m going to find another place to stay on TO

We have been staying at this hotel for quite a number of years. While we appreciate that there are certain amenities that are not offered due to Covid, the overall experience at this hotel is going downhill. We appreciated that we could request additional towels, toiletries and coffee/tea supplies in lieu of having staff enter our room. The paper cups, no corkscrew, no wine glasses/any type of glass seemed new to us as did the lack of refrigerator. We booked the same room category as last year (we even think that we were in the exact same room) and there was no fridge. When I called to ask about that, I was told that a fridge only came with certain types of rooms (of which I was certain ours was one). When I asked about a corkscrew, I was told that there were no spare corkscrews in the hotel, but that I could come down to the bar and have the wine bottle opened (which the bartender did for free, but I tipped her as she was very nice!). So, a solution, but a bit inconvenient. On Saturday morning, there did not appear to be any staff working at the restaurant, despite one other couple dining. A member of the cleaning staff offered to to into the restaurant to see what was going on and came back to said that someone would be out soon. We waited about 15 minutes to get seated (we thought about leaving, but that would have required sourcing another location to grab breakfast). Once seated, the service was decent though. While the room and bed were comfortable, there was a very strong smell of cannabis coming down the hallway to our room upon our return from dinner on Friday night. The smell was then also in our room when we opened the door. We aired out the room by opening the patio door, but truly, the stale smell never left the room the entire weekend. In a non-smoking room, I expect not to smoke, but I also expect not to be infiltrated by smoke either.

Stayed for 2 nights during Labor Day Weekend. Outdoor heated pool was great (pool check-in girl very helpful and friendly too) indoor pool fabulous also. Updated ravine room with king bed super comfy; air conditioning worked beautifully, bathroom had heated tile floor and everything was spotless clean. Front desk staff were attentive and polite. Couldn’t find fault - really enjoyed it, would love to stay again!
