We needed to make a quick exit from the nightmare AirBnB we were staying at at 11pm on a Thursday night. We needed accommodations for my fiance and I plus our 16mo daughter. The two nightshift staff, Arul and Willie, were exceptional in helping set us up in a two queen room isolated at the end of a hallway to ensure a quiet space for us and especially our daughter to sleep. They extended our check out time until noon to give all of us plenty of time to get in a really good night's sleep and sleep in, which our daughter badly needed after two horrible nights. I hope Arul and Willie are rewarded by management because they went above and beyond to help make it a quiet, restful night for our family.

What can I say. Breathtaking views of the city from the room, huge comfortable bed and friendly staff. Felt very covid safe. The breakfast let it down a bit - cold sausage and an interminably slow toaster but other than that it was a fantastic stay. We will be back!

I can to Toronto on my own to take in some Blue Jays games this past weekend. The hotel is about 2 km walk from the Rodgers Centre. The breakfast was very organized and Covid friendly. Plenty of food to have a hearty and healthy meal. The room itself was a decent size. My only issue was the bed was very soft causing me have issues sleeping. Other than that I have no issues coming back here.

Booked via ihg for 108$ goc rate. Checked in early before noon and room was ready. 9th floor room was decent sized, king bed, large lcd TV, fridge, microwave, keurig coffee machine. Bathroom was with shower. Nice view of area, especially at night. Breakfast had to be ordered the night before and delivered to the room or picked up. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, cereals, yogurts. Only thing was no toasts. There is a gym on premise but did not visit. Lots of dining choice in walking distance. Would come back.

The property was good. Cleanliness was good. Upon checking we noticed fridge warm. We unplugged, and replugged but still nothing. Called desk and they sent maintenance right away. He basically did the same thing and got it going. Only thing is it took until next morning to be cold, so bit disappointed. Went to turn on TV in evening and no remote. Had to call for one. I am happily the hotel is pet friendly but when a doggy barks on and off all evening and through the night, that is not pleasant. Finally at 2 am I called desk they said they will definitely look into it and find room. But unfortunately it didn’t stop. Maybe if I was a heavy sleeper I could have got through it, but I was actually more concerned about the dog as someone had obviously left it unattended and I was worried it was distressed. Anyways that was the 2nd night, 1st night was okay. Hit breakfast isn’t something that I can eat, but good they have it for those that would enjoy that style of food. Parking was good, felt secured being underground. I loved the area. Great walkability for sure and good price for what it is. I would stay again. Things happen and overall is was a comfortable hotel with nice staff.
