We stayed here for one night before our trip south and left our car in the parking garage for 8 days. The lineup for the airport shuttle in the morning was so long that there wasn't room on the shuttle for everyone. Since it was 5am and the hotel is so close to the airport, the driver was back within 15 minutes and we still made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare. The front desk staff and shuttle driver were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We'll stay here again before our next flight.

They say this property has been renovated but it is still seems very dated with dark colours etc. I did like that there were no carpets as they had a laminate flooring. Room was clean and comfortable. I had asked for a quiet area and I was not disappointed. Comfortable bed. Had to stay extra night due to weather and flight delays and staff were very helpful. Are at the restaurant and found the food to be pretty good.

We stayed here previously and were convinced to join the IHG Rewards program which promises the best price, etc, etc. This stay of 2 nights was less than our expectations for the price.

I should state that we did not park a vehicle so we didn't incur an additional fee for parking. The food while excellent is over priced and drinks are hiway robbery.

Upon check in we were told that we could have a late check out which we declined and were advised should we change our mind "just let us know". When our flight was delayed we asked for a 2pm check out and were declined.

I grabbed what I assumed to be a clean towel off of the top shelf on the towel rack and proceeded to dry my hair after my shower. When I went to dry my face and body I noticed it was filthy. Brown spots and streaks all over it. I was disgusted. I took pictures and reported it to the front desk.

Our first stay at this hotel was booked through trevrluro and ironically I got an email advertisement the night before check out. The price was $60 and $70 per night less than what we paid. So much for the IHG Reward Program best price guarantee. My free program costed me $130 more than I would have paid booking indirectly through another party. BUYER BEWARE. Check your search engines before you book direct with this hotel for the best pricing!

We stayed here August 5th and 6th 2022. Our room was not cleaned after the first night instead a maid just handed us to clean bath towels, that’s it. The bathroom had a fan but does not work so the steam in the bathroom is crazy, wallpaper peeling off, mold starting in the tub corners, bathroom also has a sliding pocket door so you hear everything. A test fire alarm went off Saturday at 9 in the morning it took 30 minutes for them to tell us it was a false alert. Breakfast was mediocre for $16.00 my breakfast sandwich was 2 english muffins with scrambled egg and bacon that was undercooked. When we were checking out we were trying to leave the parking lot and could not get out. They kept saying we were not registered in the speaker at the gate, they would hang up on us and we would have to call back 2-3 more times. they kept saying they didn’t have my name on file we told them we just checked out and gave our room number, we didn’t realize because my friend used her hotel points they put the booking under her name at checkout instead of mine which they didn’t even tell us, we saw later on the receipt it was changed, so we sat outside angry unable to get out of the gate at the parking lot until Security came out. The money we saved staying 20 minutes from downtown Toronto was wasted on expensive Uber drivers next time we will just spend five or $600 a night and be right downtown with better service. I guess the saying is true you get what you pay for in terms of what your money gets you for quality. Lesson learned. Worst experience in a hotel I’ve had overall and I’ve been to many places.

Here for a tradeshow and that’s probably the reason for Influx in pricing. But there is no way a room here should be $220 a night. At this price point, stay elsewhere.

The Quality of the room is great. Comfy beds and pillows. The rest, not worth it.

There was a huge inconvenience to everyone who chose to eat or drink at the hotel restaurant. Their heat was broken and it was probably 30 plus degrees with heat just pouring in. I live in the tropics and it was absolutely unbearable. You could tell people were visibly uncomfortable with the heat. After a couple complaints, ours included they finally opened a door to help suck out some of the heat. With a half empty restaurant, management seated some clients near the open door and the clients closed the door. Fail on management side. Those clients could have been seated elsewhere to accommodate the rest of us who were melting.

We ended up ordering from skip the dishes as we could not stand to have anymore time in that restaurant.

We had an issue with the tv, with the channel we wanted to watch was on half screen. Their remote buttons don’t actually work. (Ex, press menu and the tv muted) so we call for help, they sent a lovely older gentleman who mentioned having a master remote. His boss had it. So he couldn’t help. . . Logically? Get the master remote and fix the problem.

Parking fee is $27 - WHAT!! I know it’s always expensive I just will never really understand why we must be gauged if we are spending a 200. Ish amount on a hotel room.

The gentleman, (guest services maybe?) , desk on the right when you enter was super helpful and kind. Helped with luggage and holding doors open. (530pm check in)

.:: here for a second night so we shall see what else is in store for us. So far we are not impressed 😏

Dear Misshp123, Thank you for your feedback on your stay with us. We are extremely disappointed to hear that your stay was impacted by such a negative experience on the first night. We did unfortunately face some concerns with the heating in the restaurant on the first night that have since been addressed. Your feedback has been shared with the restaurant manager to allow him to coach his team on a more efficient way to manage the situation that evening. In regards to your further concerns with the TV remote, again we are sorry that you had to experience these issues. I'm sure you probably just wanted to relax and enjoy your evening. Please know we take the feedback of our guests seriously and hope to have an opportunity to serve you again in the near future. Wishing you the best. Regards, Samad S Guest Services Manager

Wonderful stay for 3 nights

Checkin and checkout were a breeze

Room was clean and spacious. Washroom has ample space on counter for toiletries. Plenty of drawers for clothes. Very very well kept room.

We used laundry on 4th floor, please keep in mind to purchase tokens from front desk to use washer/dryer.

We had breakfast rate included with our room rate, buffet breakfast was very well displayed and lots of choices hot/cold options, fruits, pastries, beverages…… we ate there all 3 mornings of our stay…. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Hostesses and wait staff are very nice and helpful.

Shuttle to/from airport are running continuous and drivers are helpful with bags. We also used shuttle to get to airport and use UP Train to get to downtown for sightseeing….. very convenient.

We used parking for 1 night as we had to return rental next morning, parking is safe and secure.

Hotel lobby very welcoming

Highly recommended for your stay close to Pearson airport

I was experiencing flight delays that would mean my connecting flight likely would not be until the following morning. I am pregnant and did not want to be stuck in an airport. I called the hotel around 9:30PM to ask if I could book a room if I showed up around 1:00AM. I was told to book a reservation at that point. I had mentioned to the agent over the phone that I did not want to book the room if I was not able to cancel it (in case my flight was cancelled/delayed) as I did not want to be charged for something I might not need. He confirmed on three+ separate occasions that I would be able to reserve the room and to call immediately when I knew if I would not need the room. I warned him this may not be until I land in Toronto (as I was not able to confirm the time of my connecting flight until I landed given my originating destination was delayed on numerous occasions). He told me this would be okay and that I would temporarily be charged a penalty and I would just need to speak to guest relations to receive a full refund. I asked for a note to be on my file to this effect. Upon landing, I realized my flight was only a few hours away so I called and asked to cancel. I was told this was not possible. I was considered a no show, had no notes on my file and nothing could be done. Guest relations kept bouncing me around, so I repeated the same conversation over 2 hours. I was told a lie so the hotel could get a sale and told it was my fault. This was terrible customer service.

Stayed before an overnight flight and were pleased to be able to include a great rate which included parking for up to 8 days. Parking is a covered area so vehicle is protected from the elements. Complimentary shuttle from Post S5 or 41 very efficient, every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. Easy walk to nearby Lone Star restaurant for supper. A few items in the lobby vending machines.

Nice hotel close to Toronto airport. Shuttle came quickly on pock up and ran every 15 mins in the morning as it was busy but usually every 30 mins. Room was clean and bed comfortable. You do hear the planes through the night.
