Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto is located in the heart of Yorkville, an upscale shopping, dining area downtown. We had an excellent dinner at Cafe Boulud, the main dining room. There’s also a busy street level bar. Our modern room was large and had a very comfortable king size bed. Bathroom was also large with a soaker tub and separate shower. The hotel was very quiet considering it’s location near heavily travelled streets. Room service was excellent and our order was delivered very quickly. Hotel staff are friendly and obliging. We visited the spa and pool area, which are very upscale. The change rooms have lockers and toiletries so you don’t need to travel through the hotel in your workout clothes or swimsuit. This hotel meets all the expectations we had for Four Seasons and we had a great stay.

I have never experienced such an amazing, customized and friendly service like did during my most recent stay at FS Toronto.
i took an Uber from the airport and Jean Baptiste Melet (spell?) opened the door and greeted me by my name. even if he had seen my photo, how can he memorize and remember me instantly when open the car door??? never seen before and what an amazing welcome.
the rooms are fantastic, housekeeping and turn down service was very attentive and before i had to ask for something it was already there. 6 star service. FS chat works amazing, i had not to wait once for more than 30 seconds to receive a friendly and efficent answer. its so easy to communicate!
Rachel from Concierge was very helpful and so friendly and the Hotel should be proud to have her on the team, amazing attitude and always with a beautiful smile.

drinks at D Bar were great and reasonable priced given the venue and location.
over all the best urban stay ever and I cant wait to get back.

i had issues with my credit card and upon check out the front office agents (i wish i could remember the names) offered to use his Uber account to get transportation. and then he got me a special rate with the taxi as i had only little cash. where in the world do people do this anymore?
Thank you Four Seasons Toronto

Full disclosure. I spent over 100 nights a year in this property for the past two years, so I'm not exactly an average guest. That said, I think I know the place pretty well, and can truly say I've experienced every aspect of the property.
The hotel itself is situated in what I consider the absolute ideal spot in Toronto. Yorkville is close enough to downtown that it's a quick Uber, but the dining and shopping in the area is far better than downtown. Of course, you don't need to leave the hotel for great dining, with Cafe Boulud on site, and the DBar for lighter meals/drinks. Both are amazing. The hotel itself is like other 5 star properties - luxurious and well appointed. The spa/pool/fitness area are amazing and well worth a visit.
But what really sets this property apart for me is the staff. From the moment I arrived to when I left from my last trip, I've been treated like family, always with a smile and a personal greeting. I know this might not be everyone's experience, but it certainly was for my wife and I. I'm still amazed that when my wife showed up only for her second visit (unannounced), she was greeted by name when they opened her car door, and then again by a staff person on her way to the elevator. I know how that works, but it's still very impressive. I always say that all I really need when on the road is a clean room, a good bed, and a strong shower, but the reality is that staff like those at the FS Toronto make life on the road much more pleasant, and if you travel a lot, you know that's saying something.

As someone having stayed many times at this hotel, as well as other comparable hotels, I am very disaapointed. Our suite, they acknowledged, was breached when the privacy sign was on and we were in the other room. Room service delivered major incomplete meal, then came back and breached our privacy a second time with the rest of the order. They were unable to arrange a time at the lounge, later said it was arranged, ut when we confirmed we'd attend it said it was no longer available till another time, so we cancelled. They acknowledged their fault and shelfully offered my wife half-off on laundry, which she turned down and told them just to focus more on service. So then they called us the next day offering another big concesion, a late checkout, which we didn't need. However, due to their gracious gesture, while I declined the late checkout I asked them to arranged a limo for early in the morning for my wife and me. So they truned me over to a concierge! Then, this person phoned, inquiring about out needs and I asked for an SUV limo given the amount of our baggage. They said they were on it and would call back momentarily. when I didn;t hear for over an hour I called them back and said if they were having trouble finding an SUV limo, then to get a sedan as long as it could accomodate the luggage. Again they said they were on it and would revert to me imminently. I asked them to come by the suite once done so I could tip them. Again I didn;t hear for over an hour. So I cancelled the limo, shared my views with the front desk manager conversant with the details, and asked her simply to make sure a taxicab is there when we need, which we will find out soon. Most disappointed.

For starters, I ordered several of dishes from their restaurant for 3 guests. Instead of bringing out several condiments they only gave me one bottle of ketchup for a meal that costed me $250.00... disappointing. The receptionists are very interrogating and lack luxury customer service that four seasons is supposed to value. For a front desk that has 3-4 people working you’d thought they would pick up your calls when you call from your room but no.. it would go straight to voice mail throughout the day. I wish I stayed at the hazelton or ritz Carlton instead, I truly regret staying at the four seasons especially for the 3 days I had booked it for. It’s not worth your money at all, I had asked them for extra toiletry for my boyfriend and I and they only gave us one bar of soap, one shampoo and one conditioner instead of a set. Theyre very stingy of bathroom replenishments. Never again!

This was my first stay at the Four Seasons and for whatever reason I always believed that the hotel chain was supposed to be first in class among luxury hotels. It may just be the case at the Four Seasons Toronto but the finishings (engineered wood floors, wallpaper, bathroom tiles, etc.) all felt cheap and akin to many new construction condo projects built within the last 10 years. The hotel did not really feel like it was a 5-star hotel and the service was average. When I called for housekeeping prior to leaving my room, the person who answered my call asked several times what I needed without providing clarification that 'housekeeping' is not specific enough to know that I needed the room to be serviced. I am not sure if the hotel keeps records of which rooms have been cleaned each day but I did not understand why the employee felt the need to ask 'what housekeeping do you need'. Overall, mediocre finishings for a supposed 5-star hotel, less than impressive attitudes from the staff and above average room fares even when compared to other 5-star hotels in desirable locations means that I would need to heavily reconsider ever staying again at the Four Seasons especially when other options are readily available and also recognize brand loyalty.

The rooms are large and spacious. They also balance perfectly being modern yet comfortable. Bathrooms are particularly great (two sinks, big tub, etc.). Our room was also wonderfully quiet, we could not hear any neighbors, and the bed was a dream of perfect comfort.

Room service was consistently stellar. This was everything we'd ever want in a hotel. The only disappointment was food at brunch. Prices were better than similar hotels in the US.

After getting married at the Four Seasons Yorkville last year, I reached out to see if they could accommodate some special requests to relive the moment (or as close to in today's current conditions) on our 1st anniversary. I was connected with Connie (catering manager) who was extremely responsive, detail oriented, and accommodating to all of my requests. She was able to get me booked into the same room we had on our wedding night, accommodate my tight arrival timeline to accomplish a surprise for my wife, got us booked into the spa for massages, spoke to the chef for me to recreate our full wedding menu just for the two of us, and to truly put everything over the top... when we arrived our room was filled with framed pictures of us from our wedding date which simply put blew both of our minds and truly made us feel special. If that wasn't enough, we also had a hand written congratulations card and some desserts to share, along with some other gifts from friends of ours and our amazing wedding planner and florist which were set up perfectly with the rest of the surprises. Thank you so much Connie!! truly amazing and so thoughtful!

I'd also like to say that the entire staff from the valet, front desk, spa, and room service also greeted us by name every time, treated us very respectfully and graciously, while also ensuring complete safety during COVID. The room and hotel was spotless with extra precautions taken for overall cleanliness and in no way were there any concerns. Great job FS team!!

Would highly recommend staying here even without all of the amenities available right now, it was truly a great "stay-cation" and amazing time! Thanks for the whole team, but especially again to Connie for all of the thoughtful gestures and quick responses :)

Excellent five star hotel and visit for bday staycation!

I decided to visit Fourseasons Toronto hotel for my husband's birthday this week.

Besides obvious reasons as this hotel is five star and have an award winning chef cafeboulud for French fine dining and casual fare Dbar as well it was a great staycation! If you want a great experience and luxury facilities fitness centre and spa/pool with great dining experiences book the Fourseasons hotel!

We arrived with a nice personalized in room amenity and for his official birthday a very nice dessert I ordered personalized with happy birthday on my husband's official birthday.

Strong recommendation besides the beautiful hotel rooms, facilities, and dining the location is perfect walking distance to Yorkville, Bloor Yonge and Bay Street areas

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staycation destination.

Our first staycation in our city, Toronto since the pandemic. We arrived on the first day of stage 3 in Ontario’s plan of reopening. Highly recommend if you’re thinking of taking a much needed staycation (break from the kids) or hotel for out of towers. The hotel truly makes you feel “away” from home in our case.

1. Hotel and staff have all been polite, welcoming and following all Heath and safety protocols. Keeping your Heath and safety is their priority. But also enjoyment top of mind.

2. Room 1614 premium King room ( west facing) had a great city view (Yorkville view), it was spacious and clean. A safety kit with mask and sanitizer is left for guest should they require it. Love this attention to detail. Lovely room.

3. Could9 restaurant on 9th floor has a north facing view. Construction site is directly across but you’re high enough to be able to see over and past this. Great for lunch with a view, then a swim in their indoor pool. Just wish there was more natural light in the pool area.

4. DBar patio has a good atmosphere at night for that late night cocktail and conversation.

Overall. It’s pretty perfect and will come again.

Hi, Yes, each room that I have stayed in does have a small window that does open and also has a safety lock. Just my assumption, but I do think that all room types have the same window design with the option to open for fresh air.
