Detailed Reviews
We booked this B&B after reading amazing reviews, which are all spot on. The place is super clean, close to everything (walking distance to most things), very friendly host. Breakfast is homemade and phenomenal. Nicky went out of her way to make guests feel welcomed and safe. She took extra precautions to ensure everything was sanitized and cleaned common areas multiple times a day. Breakfast was particularly filling, you could definitely skip lunch. The area is safe and walking distance to main town (Queen St). We felt very welcomed throughout our stay and would definitely come back.

I'd wanted a break away from the city and we choose Graystone because of the reviews and the covid protocols. The host, Nicky, and her husband were so gracious and treated us like family.
We looked forward to breakfast and our morning chats with Nicky every day and felt right at home. Each morning we had a full breakfast of local fruits plated with precision and baked goodies. We especially loved the croissants she baked.
Nicky even went out of her way to make sure I could enjoy the exact same meal even keeping in mind my dietary restrictions, and made sure that I had no issues with room ventilation and could get the rest and quiet I needed.
We felt very safe too because of the attention Nicky gives to cleaning each room herself and because of her policies regarding the guests she accepts during the pandemic.
And even though it was raining for part of the week, we enjoyed our walks and that we could use our Netflix account on her TV to spend the rainy days inside. The patio is beautiful, especially when it's sunny outside and the living room feels cozy when you want to relax with a book.
We came as guests and left as family and treasured every moment with Nicky.

This is the B&B which all B&B's should be compared to! The room was spotless as were all common areas (which is comforting during a pandemic). In the morning we had a delicious breakfast, made with love. Our host was fastidious about Covid19 protocols, but not at all intrusive. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept like rocks!
The nicest part of this experience was our host, Nicky, who has a passion for welcoming people into her beautiful home where we were treated like royalty!

Our stay at the Graystone B and B was the best! Our conscientious host pampered us with a super-clean room that included top quality sheets and towels. All floors and surfaces gleamed throughout this beautiful home. Breakfast was sumptuous with fresh baked goodies, fresh fruit and the main course was tailored to our every dietary need. We certainly feel like we made friends here and we will definitely be back.

We spent a night at Graystone B&B to visit Niagara on the lake to catch a show and visit a winery.
Our stay at Graystone was terrific. our host, Nicki, was a warm and welcoming person who pays attention to all the details to make for a terrific stay. Her house and the room we stayed in was very clean and had all that we needed (very comfortable bed, ample room, its own access to the back deck, and access to Wifi and a TV loaded with access to streaming services. The bedroom door and the house could be locked to give us peace of mind as well. Ample room to park and a nice 15 min walk to Queen street made it close to all that you needed. Nicki catered to our breakfast (croissants, various jams, a warm tortilla wrapped omelette, tasty coffee, etc. etc. ) preferences and joined us for a wonderful conversation to start the day.
Thanks for the wonderful hospitality and we’ll definitely be thinking of coming back!

A pleasant stay for couples looking to be close enough to all the tourist attractions of Niagara, yet distant enough in a quaint neighborhood. The space is within a residential home and is shared with two other rooms on the main floor as well the owner Nicky who resides on the lower floor.
We stayed in the Merlot room which had option for two twin beds or connected together to mimic a king bed. The beds were very comfortable and super clean but became a challenge when wanting to meet in the middle sinking into the obvious crevice of two beds pushed together. A decent sized fridge with glass cups, but lacked a coffee / tea station. Three gorgeous floor to ceiling windows with adjustable blinds which would be more favorable with sheer curtains for option of natural light with some privacy. The TV was small in comparison to the bed sizes. Two sinks in the rest room was convenient and the shower was adequate. Towels were fresh and although turn down service and automatic replenishment was unavailable due to Covid protocols that the owner explained, we were still able to request for fresh towels daily.
Our favorite was waking up to the most mesmerizing homemade two course breakfasts prepared by the owner Nicky. A different spread daily along with freshly baked pastries and personalized service. A great start to the day seated together with the other house guests over fantastic shared conversations and laughs.
Finally, a great word for the owner Nicky who is a true hotelier putting in all the details as a fantastic host and essentially our mom during stay with her. Her genuine smile and passion truly reflected in the cleanliness of the space and the morning 5 star breakfast.

Found Graystone B&B online and liked what we saw in the reviews.
We just spent 3 nights there and the reviews were spot on. This place is top notch. Very comfortable, very clean, close to everything and the owners are so professional, knowledgeable of NOTL area and just outright nice people.
The breakfasts are amazing. Nicky makes everything homemade. No need for 3 meals a day when staying here, you’re so full after breakfast you can easily skip lunch.
We stayed in the Cabernet King Suite, which was very nice and we especially liked sitting on the back patio in the evenings. The garden is immaculate and Ben keeps it that way.
We enjoyed this place so much, we booked for October before leaving.
Give it a try, you’ll love it.
Thanks Nicky & Ben!

This was our 2nd time staying at Graystone B&B because we were so impressed by the hospitality, cleanliness, culinary skills and beautiful presentation of the breakfast served by our hostess, Nicky. She is a delight and very interesting to talk to. We will definitely be returning.
We even asked our close friends to join us as there was still 1 room available and I’m sure they’ll write a 5 star rating as well.
The location is within walking distance of downtown for your shopping, theatre and dining pleasure too! And Nicky is quite knowledgeable of the area and can make recommendations as needed.
Don’t hesitate to book a room!

A friend of ours spoke so highly of this place, my wife and I decided to give it a try for a weekend outing at the Niagara on the Lake. Our experience was so amazing. This B& B is in a quiet neighbourhood and yet within walking distance of the town centre. It is spotlessly clean, The bed is very cosy and comfy. The breakfast is so elaborate and tasty. Nicky and Bin are excellent hosts. They bend over backwards to make guests happy. We highly recommend this B&B to any discerning guests.
