Detailed Reviews
We have just returned from a delightful weekend at this special B&B. The hosts, Wanda (a magnificent cook) and Kacper, were charming, cordial and inviting. They were particularly careful about our health and theirs by providing hand sanitizers upon entry and asking us to wear masks in all of their public areas. What I liked most about our accommodation was the fact that our little suite included a kitchenette of sorts as well as our private washroom/bathroom. All of the accommodation was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and linens freshly laundered. Most unusual aspects of this accommodation was the fact that we were presented with a breakfast menu and asked when we would like the breakfast to be brought to our room. Yes, there was a table and chairs in our suite where we enjoyed a private (sumptuous!) breakfast brought to us each morning by Wanda. See menu and sample breakfast in pics below. We look forward to going again!

All I can say is wow! From the time we booked our room to to the final goodbye our hosts Wanda and Kacper were both amazing and accommodating. The attention to detail was much appreciated. From the platter of fresh fruit and juice in our room when we arrived to the pleasant surprise of a local bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary served with our breakfast were things we were not expecting. The serenity of having a glass of wine in the private backyard garden after a bike ride to the 1 km walk down to the shops in NOTL was ideal for us. The Algonquin room was clean with a comfortable king size bed. The food was delicious and there were plenty of choices to choose from along with serving time. The room was quiet and we never heard the other guests who were at our location. Privacy was amazing.

Stayed here first weekend in July as NOTL was just opening back up. I chose this B+B because it was quiet, private and the food sounded amazing. I was not disappointed! A short walk from downtown (about 15-20 mins), or a quick drive if you don't mind hunting for parking. The hosts were wonderful, very friendly and polite. They stayed out of the way, but I always felt they were available if needed. I stayed in the Auberge suite and the room were fairly large and had everything you would need, including a kitchenette with a small fridge so you could store any purchases from downtown that would need to be refrigerated. There were juices, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, etc. The bed/bedding was extremely comfortable, I had a great sleep both nights! The food was also top notch. Several choices and all were amazing. The Cranberry Brie french toast was my favourite if you are having trouble deciding. You pick what time you want your breakfast and it is delivered on time to your room, quite a unique feature and it definitely sets them apart from other B+B's in the area.
If you are looking for a nice quiet, private stay, you can't do any better than 627 on King. Will definitely return, can't wait to try the other breakfast options!

We've just returned from 5 nights at 627 on King B&B. The room was spotless and had everything needed to make our stay feel like home. The location was perfect for us as we could walk into town in about 15 minutes, as well as walk to the bicycle rental shop (Zoom), and it was quiet. Breakfasts were delicious, healthy and plentiful (omelettes, eggs benedict, etc., and always lots of fresh fruit). We made our own coffee in the room (supplies provided) and ate at the table by the room's window. But the best was the hospitality provided by Wanda and Kacper. They were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. Thank you so much!!!

Along with friends, my husband and I had the pleasure of spending a weekend at this superb B and B in NOTL. The location is ideal as you are within walking distance to the main area with restaurants and shops. The house is so lovely. We were very comfortable. Fresh fruit, yogurt and juices were provided in a little room fridge. Wanda takes great pride in her beautiful garden and we enjoyed sitting out back in the gazebo sipping wine and relaxing. She even shared some gardening tips! Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful with lots of fresh hot coffee. Thank you Kacper...apologies if I have misspelled your name.
We will be back next summer.

Wanda and Kasper are hosts extraordinaire! Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is provided. Several choices are available for breakfast, and it is obvious Kasper takes great pride in preparing delicious meals often using Wanda’s prize heirloom tomatoes and herbs. Wanda’s flower gardens are an array of color, and she tends to them with love, sharing fresh blooms throughout the house. There is a welcoming gazebo in the backyard for your ongoing coffee in the morning, or wine/cocktails in the late afternoon after exploring all that NOTL has to offer. The inn is situated in a charming neighborhood, perfect for walking or biking. Would we stay there again? Oh yes, yes, yes!

I stayed here for a night in September 2022, and had a lovely stay. We chose to stay here to do a wineries tour. The rooms were beautiful, pretty much everything had been thought of. There were snacks including a fresh fruit platter in the fridge, as well as tea and fresh coffee. We had to select what we wanted for breakfast the next morning and at what time, there was a fair amount of choice. There were tables and chairs in the room which was where we ate.
The surrounding neighbourhood is quiet and lovely, but it is a bit of a walk to the town centre of Niagara-on-the-Lake. For us as we were being picked up for a wine tour this was no bother, and we drove into town for the evening.
Wanda and Kacper were brilliant and friendly hosts.

My husband and I just spent 4 nights here. It was wonderful. Wanda and Kacper are great hosts and were very attentive while being very respectful of our privacy. Our room was lovely and the gardens are spectacular. Breakfasts were very tasty, lots of choice and substantial. They also provided juice, yogurt and fresh fruit daily. We highly recommend 627 On King. Thank you Wanda and Kacper. The Townsends

Very intimate, especially the lovely garden in the back where you can have breakfast served. Hosts were very welcoming & informative, but not intrusive. They provided every detail for your comfort including extra large soft towels by the jacuzzi tub.
